【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は溶接作業時、特に台盤上で手動によつ
てアーク溶接を行なう時に発生するヒユームを捕
集するに際して、該溶接作業を適当な囲いの中で
不自由なく行なえるようにすると共に、該囲い内
に充満するヒユームをブロワ吸引により完全に捕
集する様に構成されてなる溶接ヒユーム捕集装置

スクを用いる等して、有害なヒユームを吸込まな
いようにしなければならない。しかし防じんマス
クの装着は作業者の負担を大きくするので、特に
ボイラやタンク内等の狭い場所における溶接作業
以外の場合には強制し難い。又換気通風といつて
も、ヒユームを単に屋外へ放出する方法では大気
汚洗を助長する恐れが多分にある。そこで上記の
如き溶接を行なうに当つては、一般に集塵器具に
直結されたフードを溶接点近くに設け、飛散しつ
つあるヒユームを集中的に吸引捕集する操作を並

台盤1の長手方向両端側、即ち作業者2からみて
右側には、ヒユームを一方側に吹き寄せるための
フアン3を、又左側にはその吹き寄せられたヒユ
ームを捕集するための比較的大きなフード4を配
置し、フード4及びダクト5を介して集塵器具6
内に捕集するものである。尚7は被溶接物、8は
溶接トーチである。又第2図は、ダクト5′を介
して集塵器具6′と連結された比較的小さいフー
ド4′を溶接点W付近の真上に配置して、溶接点
Wの移動と共にフード4′も移動させ、該フード
4′及びダクト5′を介して集塵器具6′内に捕集
する様にしたものである。前者の場合にはフード
4を特に移動させなくてもよいので作業性は特に
問題はないが、ヒユームが作業場内に分散され
易い、フアン3の吹きつけにより冬場の作業の
寒い、装置の設置面積が大きいので、場所的に
制限される、等の問題があり、一方後者の場合に
はフード4′が溶接点Wから一定以上離れること
なく且つ溶接点Wの移動に伴つて移動させなけれ
ば効果が薄い為作業が煩雑となる上、ヒユーム自
体が散逸性に富んでいる為、捕集効果が十分では

を静止側壁、他方を可動側壁とし、該静止側壁に
対して天井板を、また該天井板に対して可動側壁
を夫々摺動自在に係合し、且つ溶接作業者に対面
する手前側には、前記静止側壁に開閉自在なアコ
ーデイオン式扉を設け、さらに静止側壁には伸縮
自在のダクトが連結されたブロワを取り付けてな

及び可動天井11aが夫々矢印A,B方向に進退
できる様に係合されている。又これらの可動天井
11a、可動側壁11bとしては、周囲との遮光
を考慮して遮光板を使用することが推奨される
が、使用しないことによつて本考案の効果が縮少
されるものでないことは勿論である。かかる構成
を更に詳しく説明すれば門形部材14,14′は、
静止側壁11cの上部外側(以下の説明における
「外側」及び「内側」は覆い部材11からみた外
側、内側を夫々意味する)に腕部材15,15′
を取付けると共に、静止側壁11cに対して少し
離れた位置に腕部材16,16′を立設し、更に
腕部材15,15′と脚部材16,16′の各上部
を棧部材17,17′で連結して構成される。又
可動側壁11b及び静止側壁11cの各上部内側
には溝18,18′が各側壁の全長に亘つて同一
高さ位置に設けられており、更に各溝18,1
8′内には複数個のローラ19,19′が夫々収納
されている。又静止側壁11c及び可動側壁11
bの最上端は、ローラ19,19′の各上面との
間に若干のすき間20,20′が生じるように内
側へ折り曲げられている。そしてこれらの各すき
間20,20′に可動天井11aを載置すること
により、該天井11aを矢印A,B方向に容易に
進退できる様にしている。又可動側壁11bの下
部内側には複数の戸車21を取付けることにより
可動側壁11bが台盤1上を矢印A,B方向に容
易に進退し得る様にしている。又可動天井11a
及び可動側壁11bの進退方向両端部外側には取
手22を夫々取付けており、作業者2がこれら可
動天井11a及び可動側壁11bを操作し易いよ

ユームは全てブロワ12から吸引されてダクト1

デイオン式扉を設け、さらに静止側壁には伸縮自
在のダクトが連結されたブロワを取り付けてなる
