１は整流平滑回路、２はインバータ、３は発振
制御回路、５は検出回路、ＤＬは放電灯、ｆ１，
ｆ２はフイラメント、Ｃ１，Ｃ４はコンデンサ、
Ｒ１，Ｒ２は抵抗である。

放電灯のフイラメントの非電源側に接続された予
熱用のコンデンサに流れる電流と同位相且つ同波
形の電流が流れるコンデンサと抵抗とで構成され
た電流検出部を放電灯のフイラメントの電源側に
備え、この電流検出部の出力から放電灯の寿命末
期を検出し、インバータの発振制御を行う制御手
段を備えて成ることを特徴とする放電灯点灯装置
