This relates to a device that intermittently pulls out pieces of the size equivalent to one bag from the roll and sequentially processes them into bags.

In a conventional bag making machine, a continuous bag material band is generally rolled from a roll of raw material, and is intermittently pulled out by a predetermined length using a pair of clamping type conveyors (including transfer rollers). processed,
In a device that processes one bag or a series of bags, the tension and conveyance of the bag material band is discontinuous, so even when the conveyor is stopped, the raw material wound into a roller shape continues to rotate at a rapid rate. However, since excess bag material strips are unraveled and become dirty or twisted, subsequent processing becomes defective or impossible. A pair of continuously rotating pinch-type feeding conveyors are provided, and a slack portion of the bag material band is provided downstream of the continuously rotating conveyors, so that the tensile force of the intermittent driven conveyor directly transfers the raw material wound into a roller shape. A sensor is provided in the intermediate relaxation portion to detect when the amount of relaxation has reached a predetermined value or more, and the feed conveyor near the original fabric is slowed down based on the signal from this sensor. When the amount of slack decreases, the conveyor is rotated faster to keep the amount of slack almost constant (for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52
-34096 patent publication).

題として中々むづかしい。 However, the lifespan of the microswitch used in the sensor is about 150,000 to 300,000 times, and in a bag making machine that produces 50,000 to 60,000 bags per day, the lifespan of the sensor is about one month at most.
This replacement is quite troublesome. Furthermore, control devices using photoelectric elements that have a long sensor life are extremely expensive, and extremely thin transparent films (for example, less than 10 μm) have good light transmittance, making it difficult to detect them using photoelectric elements. Slight photoelectric changes in the workplace to improve
There is a risk that shadows may cause malfunctions, which is quite difficult as a practical matter.

More specifically, this invention utilizes the amount of loosening of the dancer roller engaged with the loosened portion of the bag material band and the movement in the anti-relaxation direction, and when the amount of slack in the bag material band becomes less than the lower limit dimension. Forcibly drives the web by bringing a friction roller-type web feeding roller into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the web wound in a roller shape supported by a web support device with a constant contact pressure; This is a simple mechanism for transporting the bag material so that no shocking tensile force is applied to the bag material strip.

In this device, a raw fabric made of a plastic film bag-making material band wound in a roller shape around a core tube is rotatably supported around its axis by the hollow core tube or the outer circumferential surface of the roller-shaped raw fabric. At least one support roller whose position is fixed is provided on the lower peripheral surface of these supported original fabrics, and an original fabric support device supports the original fabric in a vertically movable manner until the original fabric hits this support roller from above. A pair of intermittent drive conveyors (including transfer rollers) that convey continuous bag material bands from the original fabric supported by the original fabric support device.
, and a dancer roller (tection roller) for preventing the bag material band from loosening, which is always engaged with the bag material band between the film support device and the intermittent drive conveyor, is provided. When the dancer roller, which operates in accordance with the decrease in the amount of bag material band relaxation, is displaced beyond its limit position from the lower side of the roller-like outer circumferential surface of the original fabric, the position of which is regulated by a support roller, the outer periphery of the original fabric is When the dancer roller comes into contact with the surface due to its own weight or spring force and returns to below the limit position, the friction roller-type material feeding roller, which is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the roller-shaped material by this return force, is moved via a lever. This is a bag making machine equipped with an original fabric feeding device, characterized in that the original fabric feeding device is provided on the original fabric supporting device or a support member integrated therewith.

A first lever 18 supported by a fulcrum 17 on the machine frame 10
The dancer roller 16 is provided at one end of the dancer roller 16 so as to be able to reciprocate and rotate around the fulcrum 17, and in the illustrated example, the dancer roller 16 moves up and down. dancer roller 1
6 shows an example that moves in the vertical direction, but
It may be moved in a substantially horizontal direction, in which case a spring or weight is used to follow the amount of slack in the bag material band. Reference numeral 19 denotes a friction roller-type feeding roller that contacts the lower circumferential surface of the roller-shaped raw fabric A, and is attached to one end of a second lever 21 that is pivotally supported on the machine frame 10 by a fulcrum shaft 20. The feed roller 19 is provided so as to be driven in the direction in which the web A is unraveled via a transmission means 22 such as a gear that is supported and driven by a motor or the like provided on the fulcrum shaft 20. Yes, the second lever 21 has a spring 2
3, the feeding roller 19 is urged in the direction of contacting the web A, and the first lever 18 is pushed by the weight of the dancer roller 16 of the first lever 18 into the second position. The lever 21 comes into contact with the lever 21 against the restoring force of the spring 23, and the feeding roller 1
9 separates from the web A and the dancer roller 16 rises, the other end of the first lever 18 separates from the second lever 21, and the feed roller 19 moves the roll-shaped web A by the force of the spring 23. It will come into contact with the outer peripheral surface.

As shown in the figure, the raw fabric A wound into a roll is hung on the raw fabric support device 11, and the bag material band continues from this.
A0 is passed under the dancer roller 16, and then connected to the intermittent drive conveyor 1 from the upper side of the appropriate guide roller 24.
5, the bag material strip A 0 is intermittently conveyed in a fixed size, and the bag material strip A 0 is processed by a heat sealer 25, a switching device 26, etc., and the product is received as, for example, an independent individual bag. They are stacked one after another on the stand 27.

A0を繰り出す。 In this case, with each drive of the intermittent drive conveyor 15, the amount of slack in the bag material band A0 decreases, the dancer roller 16 is pulled upward, and the first lever 18 is moved clockwise in the figure around the fulcrum 17. As the first lever 21 rotates, the first lever 21 is pulled by the spring 23 and rotates counterclockwise about the fulcrum shaft 20, and the feed roller 19 approaches the web A and finally comes into contact with it, and the feed roller 19 By rotating the raw fabric A around its support axis, the bag material belt is sequentially formed from the raw fabric A.

Even while transporting the bag material band A 0 with the length of one bag, the amount of loosening of the bag material band A 0 increases,
The dancer roller 16 begins to descend again, the first lever 18 rotates counterclockwise in the figure, and when the dancer roller reaches below the limit position, a part of the first lever 18 moves to the other end of the second lever 21. Then, the weight of the dancer roller 16 causes the second lever 21 to rotate in the opposite direction, that is, clockwise, against the restoring force of the spring 23, and the feed roller 19 is separated from the outer periphery of the original. Stop the rotation of anti-A. If the dancer roller 16 is actuated by another spring force as the amount of slack in the bag material band A0 increases, this other spring force is applied to the spring force of the first lever 18. Make sure that it works a little harder than it does. Even after the feed roller 19 leaves, the web A rotates slightly due to its inertia.

I always keep it that way. Even in the case where there are two receiving rollers 14 and the original fabric A is placed on them, the original fabric A is always in contact with the rollers, regardless of changes in the winding diameter.

Since the device of this invention is constructed and operated as described above, regardless of the winding diameter of the original fabric, the lower side remains in contact with the receiving roller 14 at a substantially constant position, and moreover, the dancer roller 16 positions,
In other words, if the loosening amount of the bag material band A0 is changed to a direction that is reduced beyond the limit, this mechanical displacement causes the feeding roller 19 to come into contact with the original fabric by a predetermined force such as spring force or gravity. This contact pressure is always approximately constant, and once the best contact pressure for conveying the bag material strip is determined, it hardly changes after that, and an impactful tensile force is applied to the bag material strip A 0 as it is fed out. They are rolled out one after another.

In a device in which a dancer roller (tection roller) is installed between the support device and the intermittent drive conveyor to prevent the bag material band from loosening and is constantly engaged with the bag material band between the support device and the intermittent drive conveyor, the position is regulated by the support roller. When the dancer roller, which operates in accordance with the reduction in the amount of relaxation of the bag material band, is displaced beyond a limit position, it contacts the outer circumferential surface of the roller-shaped fabric from below by its own weight or a spring force. When the dancer roller returns to a position below the limit position, this return force causes the friction roller type material feeding roller, which is separated from the outer circumferential surface of the roller-shaped material, to move from the material support device to the material support device through a lever. A bag making machine equipped with an original fabric feeding device, characterized in that it is provided on an integral support member. 2. A bag making machine equipped with a fabric feeding device according to claim 1, wherein the circumferential speed of the feeding roller is approximately the same as or slightly faster than that of the intermittent drive conveyor.
