- 一対の金属電極間に半導体素子ペレツトを挾み
、外側を封止ガラス管で封止してなるＤＨＤ構造
の半導体装置において、前記封止ガラス管内の半
導体素子ペレツトの周囲に、該半導体素子ペレツ
トを位置拘束する固定ガラス管を封入したことを
特徴とする半導体装置。
