Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 角板状に成形焼結したバリスタ素体と、該
素体の両面の三周辺に外周縁を残して対称に形成
した内部電極と、該内部電極それぞれの先端部に
位置する前記外周縁面に形成した無機絶縁層と、
前記素体両側面それぞれを介して前記内部電極お
よび該内部電極と反対面に位置した前記無機絶縁
層の一部と連接して形成した外部電極と、該外部
電極部を除いた全面に形成した絶縁外装とを具備
したことを特徴とするチツプバリスタ。 (2) 絶縁外装が無機または高分子絶縁材からな
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1
)項記載のチツプバリスタ。
