(Prior Art and Purpose/Structure of the Present Invention) Interior wall boards for general houses are those made of plywood, which is coated with a color or a pattern printed on it after being subjected to an optional base treatment as necessary. Sheet-like materials such as paper, cloth, and synthetic resin sheets on which patterns have been printed are pasted together with an adhesive.

However, the 3-6 mm thick plywood used has an areal density of 1.5-3 Kg/m 2 and its own sound insulation properties are low.
It was not possible to achieve a satisfactory sound insulation effect by simply adding layers or installing soundproof curtains.

However, the lead sheet itself is expensive and the composite plywood is expensive, so it is not used in general houses, but is used in some cases as wall material for X-ray rooms in hospitals, etc., which require radiation shielding effects rather than sound insulation effects. It's nothing more than that.

However, because the amount of metal powder mixed in is limited due to the strength of the sound insulation sheet itself, we cannot expect much of a sound insulation effect due to the increase in surface density, and the coincidence effect due only to the decrease in rigidity is shifted to the high frequency side. It is aimed at effectiveness.

In addition, when installing the base sound insulation sheet, it is attached and fixed to the base structural members such as the pillars, gateposts, and bell frames of the house using nails or staples, and then the base sheet is covered with a base plywood or optional decorative material as in the past. This is done by pasting plywood, which has drawbacks such as being time-consuming (the heavy sheet requires two steps and is difficult to install by one person).

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems with the sound insulation properties of conventional interior wall panels. That is, as described below, the present invention provides a sound-insulating decorative board in which at least one side of the plate-like substrate 1 is coated with synthetic resin, latex, or bituminous material;
A sealer mixed with inorganic powder is applied to form the undercoat layer 2, and a heavy material powder with a specific gravity of 4 or more, a synthetic resin or latex, or a bituminous material and an inorganic powder are mixed on the surface of the undercoat layer 2, and further sound insulation is achieved. An optional decorative layer 4 is applied to the surface of the coating layer 3.
By pre-configuring such a sound-insulating decorative board, the present invention makes it possible to form a wall surface with sound-insulating properties by simply attaching the sound-insulating decorative board to the base material. That is. Examples of the present invention will be described below.

It is preferable that the inorganic powder adjusts the structural viscosity of the sound-insulating paint and improves the transferability to the two surfaces of the undercoat layer of the plate-shaped substrate. In particular, when coating with a roll coater, spreader, etc., the transferability from the coating roll surface is improved, allowing thick coating of the sound-insulating coating.

An optional decorative layer 4 is formed on the surface of the sound-insulating coating layer 3. As an example of the decorative layer 4, as shown in FIG. 2, a colored paint is applied to the surface of the sound-insulating coating layer 3 to form an intermediate coating layer 10. An arbitrary pattern 11 is printed on the surface of the intermediate coating layer 10 in the printing order. Further, if necessary, after the pattern 11 is printed and formed, a top coat is applied to form a top coat layer 12.

The sound insulating decorative board has a large surface density and a reduced rigidity, improving the sound insulating property based on the mass law, and shifting the coincidence effect to the high frequency side, further improving the sound insulating effect. Furthermore, since a decorative layer is formed on the surface, by applying the sound-insulating decorative board, an interior wall surface with sound-insulating properties can be formed.

(Operations and Effects of the Present Invention) Since the sound-insulating coating layer 3 is incorporated and the surface decorative layer 4 is formed, an interior wall material having both sound-insulating properties and cosmetic properties can be obtained. Since the substrate 1 and the sound-insulating coating film 3 are reliably integrated via the undercoat layer 2, the provision of the sound-insulating coating layer 3 does not cause weakening of the structure. Interior walls can be formed with just one step of installing sound-insulating decorative panels.
