流れるようになつている3軸直交型ガスレーザ装
置において、陰極ピンの先端は絶縁板内面と略面
一になつており、陰極ピン胴部は絶縁板外面に密
着して設けられた高熱伝導性で機械加工可能なセ
ラミツクスブロツクにより把持されており、該セ
ラミツクスブロツクの両側面は冷却流体通路を有
する金属製冷却ブロツクに密着していることを特
徴とするガスレーザ装置。 (2) 陰極ピン胴部はセラミツクスブロツクに螺
合により嵌着されている請求項第1項記載のガス
