Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平板状の陽極と、陽極と対峙して設けられ
    た絶縁板から先端を露出させて一列に並んだ複数
    の陰極ピンとを備え、陽極と上記絶縁板とで形成
    される空間をピンの列と直角方向にレーザガスが
    流れるようになつている３軸直交型ガスレーザ装
    置において、陰極ピンの先端は絶縁板内面と略面
    一になつており、陰極ピン胴部は絶縁板外面に密
    着して設けられた高熱伝導性で機械加工可能なセ
    ラミツクスブロツクにより把持されており、該セ
    ラミツクスブロツクの両側面は冷却流体通路を有
    する金属製冷却ブロツクに密着していることを特
    徴とするガスレーザ装置。 (2) 陰極ピン胴部はセラミツクスブロツクに螺
    合により嵌着されている請求項第１項記載のガス
    レーザ装置。
