In such a case, depending on the usage of the corrugated paper used to form the packaging box, the two score lines may be placed along the core rows of the corrugated paper as shown in Figure 4. In this case, as shown in Figure 5,
It may be provided in a direction perpendicular to the tiers.
In FIGS. 4 and 5, numerals 5 and 33 indicate perforation lines, 3 and 31 indicate center cores, and 4 and 32 indicate rows, respectively.

However, when two score lines are provided in a direction perpendicular to the rows as shown in Figure 5, it is easy to quickly and cleanly separate the two strips along the score lines, but as shown in Figure 4, , when two cut lines are provided in the direction along the tiers, it is difficult to immediately separate them along the cut lines.

This is due to the arrangement direction of the fibers in each base paper of corrugated paperboard, and the flow of fibers directed in the papermaking direction of the base paper appears in the direction of symbol F shown in Figure 5 on the corrugated paperboard. . In other words, it is easy to cut in a direction parallel to the fiber flow direction, but when cut along the corrugated cardboard paper in a direction perpendicular to the fiber flow direction, the tear tends to deviate in the fiber flow direction. This is particularly noticeable on the surface layer of the front liner, making it impossible to perform the desired separation.

Therefore, when dividing a packaging box into upper and lower parts, considering only the point of separation, the cardboard should be cut so that the two cut lines are perpendicular to the rows, as shown in Figure 5. You can use paper, but the fourth
As shown in the figure, it is sometimes necessary to use corrugated paper in a direction in which the two score lines are along the corrugation.

For example, in the case of a vertically long packaging box as shown in Figure 3, in which a long rod-shaped product is packed, and the upper part of the packaging box is cut off in order to display the product in a store so that the upper part of the product is exposed. When transporting or storing the product, it is unstable if it is held vertically, so it is necessary to lay it down horizontally for stability. Therefore, in such a case, the strength of the packaging box must be maintained by ensuring that the corrugated cardboard is oriented vertically when laid down.

Therefore, this invention attempts to obtain a structure for separating corrugated paperboard that can be quickly and cleanly separated along the perforation line when the perforation line is provided along the corrugation of the corrugated paperboard.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this idea involves carving a pair of cut lines on the back side of the corrugated paperboard, a part of which penetrates the back liner and reaches the core, parallel to the corrugations of the corrugated paperboard. The front liner is provided with a score line engraved from the front side at a position shifted outward by at least one step pitch from the position where the pair of score lines are engraved.

According to this invention, when tearing with a lever held between a pair of score lines where a part of the back side of the corrugated paper passes through the back liner and reaches the core, the front liner is exposed to the front liner in the direction of fiber flow. Even if a tear occurs and the tear deviates, it is stopped by a cut line that is shifted by one pitch or more from the back side cut line provided from the front side of the front liner, and the tear does not occur further outward from there. In addition, the score lines between the front and back surfaces are shifted by one or more pitches, so that even if there are score lines on both sides, the strength of the corrugated paperboard body will not deteriorate much.

1 to 4 show examples of this invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the corrugated paper separation structure of this invention is based on the back side of double-sided corrugated paper in which a corrugated core 3 is fixed with adhesive between a back liner 1 and a front liner 2. A pair of small-width two-dot chain linear score lines 5 to be torn from the back liner 1 toward the center core 3 are carved along the steps 4 of the center core 3 (see FIGS. 3 and 4), The front liner 2 is parallel to the score line 5 from the front side at a position shifted outward by a dimension l or more of 1 pitch P (see Figure 2) from the position where the score line 5 is engraved on the back liner 1. A broken line 6 is carved,
An I-shaped notch 7 (see FIG. 4) for inserting a fingertip is provided in the main part so as to pass through the narrow cut line 5.

Even if the liner and core are separated at each score line between both score lines 5 and 6, the back liner 1 and front liner 2 are bonded at two adjacent locations 8 (second (see figure) and are connected to the center core to prevent the cut line from being accidentally broken. Of course, this is true no matter where the score lines 5 and 6 are located on the corrugated core 3.

FIGS. 3 and 4 are a perspective view and a developed view of a packaging box using this invention, and the packaging box is divided into vertical or horizontal sections depending on the mounting direction. This packaging box is punched and formed so that the steps 4 of the core 3 are in the horizontal direction, and the unfolded product has a pair of side walls 9, a pair of end walls 10, and a glue margin 11 connected in the horizontal direction. and the center lateral direction of each of these walls,
That is, along the row 4, the back liner 1 has two small two-dot chain line score lines 5, and the front liner 2 has a dashed line score line 6 at least one step pitch outward from the score line 5.
are engraved on each. (Note 4 is a view of the corrugated paper from the back side.) When dividing this packaging box using the separating means, insert your fingertips into the notch 7 and pinch the end to tear it, in the direction of fiber flow. Even if the cut runs outward along F, it is stopped by the broken line 6, and the front liner 2 avoids running along the cut line 6, so that a beautiful cut can be obtained and rapid separation is possible.

Note that the score line 6 may not be a broken line but may be a continuous cut, but in order to prevent the front liner from turning up, it is convenient to make it a broken line with a small dividing portion. Also, the cut line 6 is the front liner 2
It may be applied only to the surface layer of the front liner, rather than penetrating through it. This is because the surface layer of corrugated paper has strong fiber orientation.

As mentioned above, the separating structure of the corrugated paperboard according to this invention is such that a cut line is engraved on both the front and back liners along the corrugations of the core so that the paperboard can be separated. Since the cut line of the front liner is shifted outward by one step or more, it is easy to tear if used at the separation point of packaging boxes, partitions, display stands, etc., as in conventional cases. There is no need to limit the cut line to only one direction along the flow direction of the paper fibers, and the cut line can also be provided in a direction perpendicular or diagonal to the flow direction of the paper fibers, which prevents careless cuts. Smooth separation is possible without causing breakage, and a beautiful cut is obtained without causing unsightly tears on the surface of the cut.
