ある。 However, after packaging various products, cushioning and fixing materials made of styrofoam resin, etc. are easily damaged when subjected to pressure such as load, impact, or dropping during transportation or storage, especially when directly exposed to This is not only noticeable in ridgeline areas including corners that are subject to external pressure, but due to the lack of rigidity, this often occurs when various products are heavy or when stacked in multiple stages.

In the figure, 1 is a product such as electrical equipment, and the product 1 is covered with cushioning materials such as foamed polyolefin synthetic resin such as foamed polystyrene, foamed polyethylene, and foamed polypropylene from both sides. It is placed inside the hollow part 2a at the center of the buffer fixing material 2 so as to be held between the fixing materials 2, and after installation, it is stored in a cardboard box 3 and packed.

The ridgeline part of the layer 4a is opened in the entire length direction, and the internal low foam layer 4b is formed in this part.
The portion is provided in a protruding manner, and a reinforcing portion by the low foam layer 4b is formed along the entire length of the ridge line, thereby reinforcing the entire portion in the length direction.

Since it is reinforced against external forces from one or two directions, external pressure such as impact is dispersed in two or three directions, further enhancing the cushioning effect and increasing the range of uses.

At least the ridgeline portion located in the direction of the stacked load is reinforced with a low-foaming synthetic resin layer over the entire length of the ridgeline, so that the reinforcing section serves as a support for the stacked load. It acts as a support and increases its strength, preventing the load from collapsing even when the stored items are heavy or stacked in multiple stages, and also has the effect of preventing cracking due to bottoming out.

It is possible to manufacture certain items and reduce storage and transportation costs.
