リツタと、前記第1のビームスプリツタからの一
方の光を電気信号に変換する第1の光電変換素子
と、前記共振器を通過し第2のビームスプリツタ
で分岐した一方の光を出力光とし、他方の光を電
気信号に変換する第2の光電変換素子と、この第
2の光電変換素子からの電気信号を増幅する電1
の増幅器と、この第1の増幅器の出力と前記第1
の光電変換素子からの電気信号を入力してその差
を積分する積分器と、この積分器からの出力を第
2の増幅器を介して前記半導体レーザの注入電流
に帰還するように構成したことを特徴とする半導
