ーザから出力される参照レーザ光と被測定レーザ
光とを合波するフアイバ出力の合波手段と、この
合波手段の出力光を平行光にするレンズと、この
レンズの出力光を入射するフアブリ・ペロー・エ
タロンと、このフアブリ・ペロー・エタロンを透
過する光を前記被測定レーザ光と前記参照レーザ
光の2つに分離する分離手段と、この分離手段か
ら出力される前記被測定レーザ光を検出する第1
の光検出器と、前記分離手段から出力される前記
参照レーザ光を検出する第2の光検出器と、前記
フアブリ・ペロー・エタロンのミラー間隔を変化
させる掃引手段と、この掃引手段によりミラー間
隔が変化したときの第1の光検出器出力と第2の
光検出器出力に基づいて被測定レーザ光の周波数
を演算する周波数演算回路とを備えたことを特徴
