Claims (1)
一部を加圧挾持し、前記電極を回転させながらこ
れら電極間に電圧を印加することにより、倣い装
置により溶接位置に案内される前記被溶接部を順
次溶接し、その溶接軌道を示す溶接線が環状の溶
接部を形成するようにした倣い装置付シーム溶接
機に付設されるものであつて、 溶接位置を通る被溶接部の進行方向と交叉する
所定の計測線上における溶接開始時のワーク迄の
距離と、被溶接部の溶接開始点が一周して前記溶
接位置に戻つてきた時の前記計測線上におけるワ
ーク迄の距離とを検出する変位センサと、 この変位センサが検出した上記二つのワーク迄
の距離の差が溶接線の幅より小さい所定値以上で
あるとき異常信号を発生する判定部と を具備することを特徴とする溶接線軌道ずれ検
