Therefore, the operating costs of this equipment are considerable. Therefore, if only a part of the cream room is used, this cost can be reduced by partitioning only that part and allowing the blower to work only in that part.

As partition materials for clean rooms, metal plates or surface materials baked with inorganic paint are pasted on the surfaces of gypsum boards or urethane foam, or decorative calcium silicate plates or urethane plates are used.

All of these are heavy, difficult to install and remove, require skill, and require a machine for assembly, making them difficult to work with, and they also generate vibrations during work and transportation. , and also cause deformation, or the connection between these members has drawbacks such as poor airtightness.

This invention uses lightweight cardboard such as corrugated board, and coats the surface with aluminum foil or vapor-deposited aluminum film to prevent moisture absorption, eliminate dimensional changes, prevent deformation, and make the surface smooth and quiet. The electric treatment prevents dust from adhering to the material, and the paper material makes it easy to cut with a cutter knife.Furthermore, unlike conventional plasterboard or urethane foam, it does not generate dust. It is lightweight and easy to transport and assemble, and does not require any special assembly machinery.
Therefore, there is no vibration during transportation or assembly, which does not interfere with other production lines.

Ceramic paper or vinyl resin is applied to smooth the surface, and at the same time, electrostatic treatment is also performed. The cut end (end) 4 where the truss structure inside the corrugated board is exposed is sealed with a sealing material 5 made of plastic or metal, and a reinforcing frame of metal or plastic is installed along the longitudinal edge of the corrugated board 1. 6 is installed.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it can be very light in weight, and since the surface is treated with aluminum foil, etc., moisture absorption in the cardboard core can be prevented, increasing dimensional stability and preventing deformation. Furthermore, due to the presence of the surrounding seal frame 5 and reinforcing frame 6, deformation is completely avoided and airtightness is maintained when jointed, and at the same time, the joint material can be easily attached and detached, making assembly work quick and easy. .
