もなつている。(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the composite fire-resistant panel with the above structure, the thickness of the fire-resistant panel is greater than the depth of the folded part of the covering panel, so it may be difficult to transport, store, or at the construction site. There was a problem that the exposed corners of the fireproof panel were prone to chipping when installing the fireproof panel. Furthermore, when installing at a construction site, the body of a composite fireproof panel is wrapped with a nylon sling, or the front and back sides of the panel are held in a deep shank vise. Therefore, the installation work was time consuming.
Furthermore, if a wide composite fireproof panel is made by covering multiple fireproof panels in a row with a single covering panel, the weight of the fireproof panel is large, so as long as the covering panel is not too thick, it is sufficient. It was not possible to obtain sufficient strength, and there was a risk of breakage if external force was applied. Furthermore, since fire-resistant panels generally have poor dimensional accuracy, it is difficult to achieve external dimensional precision of composite fire-resistant panels, which also contributes to complicating work when installing them on buildings.

A box-shaped covering panel with a slip-preventing material interposed therebetween and bent pieces continuous to the four circumferences of the main plate is placed on the surface of the fireproof panel in such a way that the bent pieces fit into the frame. This is a composite fireproof panel formed by coating and fixing the folded pieces on the sides and connecting the folded pieces to the frame.

B (generally referred to as fireproof panels 2) are fitted in side by side. A notch 3 corresponding to the wall thickness of the frame 1 is provided in the periphery of the back surface 2e of the fireproof panel 2.
e and the outer surface of the frame 1 are flush with each other.
Note that this notch 3 may be omitted. 4 is an anti-slip material that prevents the fireproof panel 2 from shifting in the longitudinal direction;
The tip of a bolt 5 screwed into one short side 1a of the frame 1 is brought into contact with a flat pressing piece 6, and the pressing piece 6 is pressed against the upper side surface 2a of the fireproof panel 2 by screwing the bolt 5, This is for pressing and fixing the fireproof panel 2 to the other short side 1b of the frame 1. Further, reference numeral 7 denotes a slip-stopping material that prevents the fireproof panel 2 from shifting in the width direction. By inserting and screwing in the bolts 8, the pressing piece 9 is pressed against the bottom of the groove 11 with a semicircular cross section provided on the right side surface 2c of the fireproof panel 2, and the fireproof panel 2 is pressed against the other long side 1d of the frame 1. It is for fixing. The fireproof panel 2 is pressed and fixed to the frame 1 by the anti-slip materials 4 and 7, and is attached to the frame 1 by driving cut nails 12.
is fixed. The covering panel 13, which is made by enameling both sides of a steel plate, has a box shape in which bent pieces 15 are arranged around the four circumferences of a main plate part 14 in the form of a square plate. The surface 2 of the fireproof panel 2 is fitted to the body 1 with a gap.
It is placed on the f side. An adhesive is applied and bonded between the main plate part 14 and the surface 2f of the fireproof panel 2, and this adhesive is preferably a chloroprene-based adhesive, a polyurethane-based adhesive, etc., and the amount of application is 300 g per 1 m 2 Good condition. After coating the covering panel 13 and the fireproof panel 2 with the above adhesive and pressing them together with a press machine,
The covering panel 13 is connected to the frame 1 with pin screws 16 (pot privets may also be used). Hooks 17 are welded to the frame 1 near the upper ends of the long sides 1c and 1d, and hooks 17 are welded to the upper short sides 1a.
An eye bolt 18 for lifting is screwed into.

In addition, by lifting the frame 1, the load of the composite fireproof panel 19 can be supported safely and reliably, so when installing it on a building, lifting and centering work can be easily performed using the eye bolts 18. As shown in FIG. 3, the fitting 17 can be hooked onto a support beam 21 fixed to a beam 20 of a building, thereby allowing quick installation work. Further, the frame body 1 and the support beam 21 can be fixed together by welding or by providing tap holes in each and tightening bolts. Furthermore, since the fireproof panel 2 is surrounded by the frame 1 and the covering panel 13 at its corners, it is prevented from chipping during transportation, storage, installation, etc.

A fireproof panel 2 was used in which the panels B were arranged with their sides butted against each other, but as shown in FIG. A concave groove 32 may be provided to connect both panels together, or grooves 33 and 34 having semicircular cross sections may be provided on opposing sides of the fireproof panels 2A and 2B as shown in FIG. The reinforcing bars 35 are passed through the formed columnar space.
After welding both ends to the frame 1, the cylindrical space is filled with mortar 36 and solidified, thereby making it possible to obtain a stronger and wider composite fireproof panel.

8 and the hook 17 may be used. Further, in the above embodiment, the anti-slip materials 4 and 7 were provided on the two sides of the fire-resistant panel 2, but anti-slip materials were also interposed between the other side surfaces 2b and 2d of the fire-resistant panel 2 and the frame 1. You can. Furthermore, instead of or in combination with the tightening-type anti-slip materials 4 and 7, mortar can be filled between the frame 1 and the side surface of the fireproof panel 2 and used as the anti-slip material. Furthermore, as the fireproof panel 2 to which one covering panel 13 is attached, three or more fireproof panels may be used side by side, or one fireproof panel may be used.
