イ 産業上の利用分野
本考案は、単位構成杆を回動自在に多数連結
し、その一端に開閉用引手を設けた横開きシヤツ
ターを前面開口に設定したキヤビネツトの改良に
係わり、前記前面開口側端部でのシヤツターの内
方変位を規制し、盗難に対して高い安全性を発揮

設けて構成され、その開閉案内はキヤビネツトの
前面開口上下面に設けられた直線案内溝と、それ
に連続しキヤビネツト内部空間一側部に設けたシ
ヤツター収納空間へ連結する円弧状案内溝によつ
て行われていて、該円弧状案内溝は、その部分で
単位構成杆を多数連結したシヤツターが多角形状
に折曲し容易にスライド通過可能となす為に、該
多角形状の輪郭巾より広巾に形成されている。こ
の為、前記円弧状案内溝と前記構成杆との間隙は
直線案内溝部分に比べて大きく、即ち該円弧状案
内溝部分で該構成杆の案内溝の曲率半径方向の遊
びが大きくなり、更に直線案内溝部分では起こり
得なかつた構成杆連結部の外方への折曲が前記円
弧状案内溝では起こり、シヤツターががたつくと
いつた問題が生じていた。又、近年、前記構成杆
はその成形容易性から合成樹脂製のものが殆どを
占め、該構成杆の厚さ方向からの外力により容易
に湾曲し、特に背の高いキヤビネツトの構成杆、
即ち長尺の構成杆にあつてはその湾曲は顕著であ
り、このことは前記円弧状案内溝でのがたつきと
相合わさつて、防犯上の問題点を含んでいた。B. て高い安全性を発揮するシヤツター付キヤビネツ

ーの上下略全長にわたつて該シヤツターの内方変
位を規制し得る強度を有する支持部材を取付けて
シヤツター付キヤビネツトを構成した。D. たが、これに限るものではなく、両開き式やその
他の形式でも可能である。シヤツター2は、構成
杆7…を内方へ回動自在に多数連結し、その一端
に開閉用の引手8を設け、該引手8及び前記構成
杆7…の下部に断面略L字形のスライダー9を設
けている。ここで、構成杆7は第4図に示した如
く連結両側部に雄型連結部10と雌型連結部11
をその長さ方向略全長にわたつて形成し、本実施
例では雄型連結部10を円筒状となし、雌型連結
部11を該雄型連結部10を外嵌し回動可能なよ
うに一部切り欠いた円筒状となし、成形容易な合
成樹脂製としたが、この形状及び材質は他のもの
でもよく、前記引手8はシヤツター2端部の強化
の為に金属製あるいは高強度の合成樹脂製で形成
し、外側面中央部に引手部を設けてなり、少なく
とも下端に設けて案内溝3内をスムーズな摺動を
行なわしめるスライダー9は断面略L字形の一片
を前記引手8あるいは前記構成杆7…に取付ける
為の取付け部とし、他片を後述の案内溝3との摺
動部とし、その先端を線接触となるように丸く成
形してなる。又、該スライダー9は前記構成杆7
…の全てに取付けても、間隔をあけて取付けても
よい。案内溝3は、キヤビネツト1前面開口上下
面に形成した直線案内溝12と前記シヤツター収
納空間6へ連絡する円弧状案内溝13よりなり、
その形状は断面略コ字形の凹部を有し、前記直線
案内溝12の巾は前記構成杆7…及び引手8の巾
よりやや大きく設定し、前記円弧状案内溝13の
巾は前記構成杆7…を多数連結したシヤツター2
が多角形状に折曲し容易にスライド通過可能とな
す為に、該多角形状の輪郭巾より広巾に形成され
ている。尚、勿論前記シヤツター収納空間6の上
下面にも案内溝3を設けている。仕切り板4は、
キヤビネツト1内部の物品収納空間と前記シヤツ
ター収納空間6を区画する為に設けられたもの
で、キヤビネツト1の内部空間一側端部に立設
し、図面には示してないが、棚板の取付け部を適
宜設けることも可能である。支持部材5は、前記
直線案内溝12の終端部あるいは前記円弧状案内
溝13の始端部から該円弧状案内溝13の内方に
近接して該円弧状案内溝13の湾曲に沿う面を有
し、その端縁を内方へ折曲して前記シヤツター2
の開閉時に於いて横振れ変位が生じた際に前記構
成杆7…が引つ掛からないようにし、前記シヤツ
ター2の上下略全長にわたつて該シヤツター2の
内方変位を規制し得る断面強度を有せしめて構成
して、前記仕切り板4に取付けてなる。又、該支
持部材の前記仕切り板4への取付け方法は、ビス
止めあるいは溶接、更には前記仕切り板4に連続
して一体形成してもよく、その形状は、前記シヤ
ツター2の内方変位を規制し得る強度を有してい
れば他のものでもよく、例えば第3図のaあるい
