The present invention relates to an oil container attached to this vibration isolator, and is intended to completely prevent the intrusion of moisture and dust.

Conventionally, a basin-shaped lid with a thread on the inside was screwed onto a cup-shaped body with a thread on the outer periphery of the top.
It has a structure in which air holes are provided in the side wall of the main body at a height that does not conflict with the outer periphery of the lid. This structure inevitably allowed moisture and dust to enter the body through the air holes and deteriorate the oil.

Then, make the inner circumference of the lid appropriately larger than the outer circumference of the main body, provide a threaded part at a mid-height position between the overlapping parts, and create spaces above and below the threaded part, and create a space between the upper space and the inside of the main body. A communication hole is provided in the lid to allow communication between the two. That is, the outside air communicates with the upper part of the main body through the lower space, the threaded portion, the upper space, and the communication hole. In order to allow air to flow through the threaded part, the threads are cut so that the gap between the male and female threads is large.
However, it is logically unreasonable to expect smooth air circulation through the threaded joint.

In the conventional technology, screws on the outer periphery of both the lids were used to secure the lid to the main body, and it was unreasonable to clean the outside air and take in it. In the present invention, we have attempted to solve the problem with a structure that separates the functions so that the lid is fixed to the main body at the center of the lid, and the air circulation is performed at the outer periphery of the main body.

The drawings will be explained. A hydraulic vibration isolator connects one end of the cylinder C and the other end of the rod R, one to the structure and the other to the piping. The oil in both chambers of the piston P is combined into an oil pipe K via a valve V, and is connected from there to an oil container.

This rod passes through the bottom plate of the main body, has a screw cut at its upper end, and has an oil passage 2a at its lower end from the bottom of the main body to the lower end of the center rod. The lid 3 has a suitably larger diameter than the main body 1, and a nut 4 inserted airtight into the center is screwed into a screw at the upper end of the center rod, thereby making it possible to seal the main body 1. The skirt 5 has a cylindrical shape and its upper end is fixed to the outer periphery of the lid. The two rings 6 are fixed to the inner surface of the skirt 5, leaving an annular gap 7 between the inner diameter and the outer periphery of the main body to allow air to circulate. Two rings 6 are arranged at appropriate height intervals on the underside of the lid, and are arranged in an annular air chamber 8.
form. A communication hole 3a is provided in the lid so that the uppermost air chamber 8 and the upper part of the main body can communicate with each other.

も差支えないことは自明である。 The present invention is constructed as described above. The reciprocating motion of the cantilevered piston raises and lowers the oil level within the main body, drawing in and discharging air. The inhaled air flows to the communication hole 3a through the upper and lower gaps 7, but after passing through the gaps, it plays in each air chamber 8, so that moisture and dust are separated during this time. Therefore, clean, dry air flows into the communication hole 3a. Conversely, when air is discharged, it sweeps away moisture and dust remaining in the air chamber. Although the case where there are two rings 6 is illustrated, there is no problem if there is one ring or three or more rings. If there is only one layer, positioning it at the middle of the skirt height will help prevent moisture from entering and water dripping. Further, although the ring 6 is assumed to be fixed to the inner surface of the skirt, it is obvious that it may be fixed to the outer periphery of the main body.

Moisture and dust can be easily separated, extending the life of the oil. Regardless of whether the ring is fixed to the lid side or the main body side, the annular gap makes it easy to attach and detach the lid.
