Conventionally, as a device using this type of viscous fluid throttling mechanism, there is a compensator throttling mechanism of a pressure compensation type flow rate regulating valve as shown in Fig. 5, as described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-39444. .

A sloped surface 1b and a concave surface 2a are provided to form a part that is actively separated from the flow, and a relatively long and thin passage substantially parallel to the central axis of the piston 2 is provided following the flow path formed by both of them. A straight channel 3 is formed.

However, in such a conventional viscous fluid throttling mechanism, when the control pressure of the pressure compensation type flow regulating valve is changed, the noise value changes to the curve shown by line a when the flow rate is large as shown in Fig. 6. However, when the flow rate is low, as shown by line b, a convex part with a high noise level occurs in a specific range of the low pressure region, and when the operating noise of the mechanical equipment itself is low in the low pressure region, this becomes even more pronounced. There was a problem with it being audible.

解決するまでには至らなかつた。 Therefore, considering that the flow condition after the fluid passes through the throttle opening is inappropriate in the low pressure region, an attempt was made to improve it by rounding the ridgeline 2b of the piston (see Figure 5). However, simply moving the location (pressure) where the noise level is high in the area will not make it go away, and the problem has not been fundamentally solved.

Therefore, the viscous fluid restriction mechanism according to this invention is a restriction mechanism for a hydraulic control device that has a land portion in contact with the fluid and a member that cooperates with the land portion to determine the opening degree of the restriction. The inner wall surface of the land portion has a substantially linear cross-sectional shape including the central axis, and is an inclined surface inclined in the direction of enlarging the flow path, and the wall surface on the side of the member that determines the aperture opening, which is opposite to the inclined surface, is centered on the inner wall surface of the land portion. The shape of the cross section including the axis is a concave surface having a tapered surface on the upstream side that defines the aperture opening and a corner on the downstream side thereof, and the slope of the land portion and the corner of the concave surface of the member that determines the aperture opening. Therefore, a second throttle is formed to provide back pressure, and a plurality of notches extending in the axial direction from the vicinity of the ridge line of the tapered surface of the member to the downstream portion are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction.

According to the viscous fluid throttling mechanism configured in this way, the flow passing through the valve is the sum of the flow from the ridgeline portion and the flow from the plurality of notches, and the flow condition that causes the noise level is eliminated.

防止することができる。 In addition, the fluid flowing out downstream from the multiple notches provided from the vicinity of the ridgeline of the member that determines the throttle opening to the downstream part flows to the slope of the land portion and the corner of the concave surface of the member that determines the throttle opening. Since the air flows out into the recessed portion which is provided with back pressure by the second restrictor thus formed, the pressure drop is also small, making it possible to prevent the occurrence of cavitation, thereby making it possible to prevent noise.

As explained above, the viscous fluid throttling mechanism according to this invention allows the fluid to flow downstream from multiple notches provided from the vicinity of the ridgeline to the downstream portion of the member that determines the throttling opening, and the fluid flows to the land. Cavitation is prevented from occurring by causing the flow to flow into the concave part with back pressure due to the second constriction formed by the inclined surface of the part and the corner of the concave part of the member that determines the aperture opening. The noise level does not suddenly increase in a specific range in the low pressure region, and it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of harsh noise in the entire low pressure and high pressure ranges.
