Since the width of 1 is relatively wide, there is a gap between the wires, which causes problems such as wires shifting and interfering with other parts.Especially when the installation location is in a small space between the parts and the work is done when looking from above. There have been problems in that the holder 30 is difficult to install at locations where the holder 30 needs to be installed.

ができる。 Now, the electric wire holder 3 of this example has a male member 4 and a female member 1.
The male member 4 has a shaft portion 6 hanging from its head 5, and the coaxial portion 6 has a cut groove 7 with a downward opening into which the electric wire W can be inserted in the diametrical direction. A locking protrusion 9 having elastic properties is formed protrudingly on the outer periphery of both upper sides of the cut groove 7 of the coaxial portion 6, and convex portions 8 are formed at symmetrical positions on the outer periphery with the cut groove 7 as a boundary. Further, the female member 12 has a bottomed cylindrical shape into which the male member 4 can be fitted, and has a locking portion 18 hanging on the lower surface thereof, which locks to the elongated mounting hole 2 of the body 1 in a non-rotating manner. The receiving body 13 is the main body, and the electric wire W is attached in the diametrical direction of the opening edge of the receiving body 13.
A receiving recess 15 is provided in which the receiving recess 15 is inserted, and an engaging hole 17 that can be engaged with the locking protrusion 9 is provided in the peripheral wall 14 at a predetermined angular position from the receiving recess 15. The inner diameter part of the receiving body 13 is formed so that the electric wire W can be inserted between it and the shaft part 6, and the inner diameter part has a spiral guide surface that guides the convex part 8 symmetrically with the receiving recess 15 as a boundary. 16, and the male member 4 is housed concentrically. Therefore,
When disposing the electric wire W in a general body 1, first, the electric wire W is placed in the receiving recess 1 which is recessed in the opening edge of the female member 12.
5, and insert the male member 4 from above.
When the cut groove 7 formed in the shaft part 6 is aligned with the electric wire W and inserted, the convex part 8 protruding from the shaft part 6 comes into contact with the guide surface 16 formed in the inner diameter part of the receiving body 13. Ru. When the male member 4 is pressed and inserted, the convex portion 8 is guided by the spiral guide surface 16 and the male member 4 is inserted.
is rotationally guided and advances downward, thereby causing the shaft portion 6
The locking protrusion 9 formed in is guided by the inner surface of the peripheral wall 14 and is elastically displaced toward the shaft core, and due to this rotation, the electric wire W is pulled into the space t by the shaft portion 6 and is locked. When the projection 9 reaches the position of the engagement hole 17 provided in the receiving body 13, the locking projection 9 is elastically restored and engaged with the engagement hole 17, and the male member 4 and the female member 12
In this state, the head 5 is brought into contact with the opening edge of the receiving body 13, and the electric wire W is connected to the receiving recess 15.
The grooves 7 are inserted and held in a meandering manner between them. Thereafter, the electric wire W can be installed by elastically securing the locking portion 18 to the attachment hole 2 of the steel plate body 1.

By press-inserting the male member 4 into the male member 2, the male member is rotationally guided by the guide surface 16 and engages and holds the electric wire W in a meandering manner. male member 4 to member 12
Since the locking protrusion 9 of the male member 4 is provided so that it can be elastically displaced toward the axis, there is little resistance when it is rotationally guided by the guide surface 16, and the locking protrusion 9 is prevented from being damaged. This can be prevented. Particularly in places where the wire holder 3 is to be installed in a small space between the components and must be installed by peeking from above, the male member 4 must be attached from above to the female member 12 which is non-rotatably engaged with the mounting hole 2. By inserting it, it is possible to concentrically connect it with one touch, and it is also possible to insert and hold the electric wire W in a meandering manner. Further, since the distance t between the female member 12 and the male member 4 is formed such that t≧d, there are many advantages such as no damage to the electric wire W when it is inserted.

とができる。(Effect of the invention) Now, the present invention is an electric wire support device consisting of two members, a male member and a female member, and the male member has a shaft part hanging down from its head, and the electric wire extends in the diametrical direction of the coaxial part. A cut groove with a downward opening is formed into which the cut groove can be inserted, and locking protrusions with elasticity are formed protruding from the outer periphery of the upper both sides of the cut groove of the coaxial part, and the outer circumference is symmetrical with respect to the cut groove as a border. A convex portion is formed at the position, and the female member has a cylindrical shape with a bottom into which the male member can be fitted, and the lower surface thereof is locked in a long hole-shaped mounting hole of the body so as to be non-rotatably latched. The main body is a receiving body with a vertically provided locking part, and a receiving recess into which the electric wire is inserted is provided in the diametrical direction of the opening edge of the receiving body, and
An engagement hole that can be engaged with the locking protrusion is provided in the peripheral wall at a predetermined angular position from the receiving recess, and
Further, the inner diameter part of the receiving body is formed so that the electric wire can be inserted between the inner diameter part and the shaft part, and the inner diameter part has a spiral shape that guides the convex part symmetrically with the receiving recessed part as a boundary. By providing a guide surface and arranging the male member concentrically, when the male member is press-inserted into the female member, the male member is rotationally guided by the guide surface and the electric wire is inserted and held in a meandering manner. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the electric wire from slipping, and when the male member is connected to the female member, the locking protrusion of the male member is provided so that it can be elastically displaced toward the axis, so that it is possible to prevent the wire from shifting. There is little resistance when rotationally guided by the surface, the locking protrusion can be prevented from breaking, and it can be assembled with one touch. In particular, since the male component is arranged to be concentrically housed in the female component, the wire holder must be installed in a small space between the components and the component by looking into the mounting hole. By inserting the male member from above into the fixedly engaged female member, it is possible to connect the male member concentrically with one touch, and it is also possible to insert and hold the electric wire in a meandering manner.

とした電線保持具。 An electric wire support device consisting of two members, a male member and a female member, wherein the male member has a shaft portion hanging from its head, and the coaxial portion has a cut groove with a downward opening into which the electric wire can be inserted in the diametrical direction. A locking protrusion having elasticity is formed protrudingly on the outer periphery of both upper sides of the cut groove of the coaxial part, and convex portions are formed at symmetrical positions on the outer periphery with the cut groove as a boundary, and , the female member has a bottomed cylindrical shape into which the male member can be fitted, and has a receiving body on the lower surface thereof having a hanging portion that locks in a non-rotative manner in the elongated mounting hole of the body. A receiving recess into which the electric wire is inserted is provided in the diametrical direction of the opening edge of the receiving body, and a peripheral wall at a predetermined angular position from the receiving recess is provided with an engagement that can be engaged with the locking protrusion. A matching hole is provided through the receiving body in a corresponding manner, and an inner diameter portion of the receiving body is formed so that the electric wire can be inserted between the receiving body and the shaft portion, and a hole is formed in the inner diameter portion symmetrically with respect to the receiving recessed portion as a boundary. An electric wire holder having a configuration in which a spiral guide surface is provided to guide the convex portion and the male member is housed concentrically.
