This devised firing furnace will be described in detail below with reference to drawings. First, 1 is a peripheral shell 2 of an outer shell 7 lined with a refractory material 6 mainly composed of silicic acid, alumina, calcium, etc.; The furnace body consists of a bottom part 3 having a bottom hole 5 and an upper part 4. The upper part 4 of the furnace body 1 is provided with an exhaust control port 8 and a through hole 4a, which can be opened and closed freely. Moreover, 9 is a burner disposed below the hearth bottom hole 5 and facing upward. Further, reference numeral 11 denotes a guide rod made of heat-resistant special steel that passes through the through hole 4a of the upper part 4 and is inserted into the furnace body 1 so as to be vertically movable.
It is brought into contact with a Segel cone 12 of a predetermined number (for example, No. 015a and 790° C.) installed on a pedestal 10 placed in the internal determination part. Further, the guide rod 11 has a conductive plate 14 fixed to the upper part outside the furnace, and the upper end is curved to form a hook-shaped part 11a or a T-shape 11b (Fig. 2). A sound generator 13 is suspended. Further, on the upper surface of the furnace body 1 below the conductive panel 14, gate-shaped terminals 15, 15 are provided via an insulating material.
are provided, and the gate-shaped terminals 15, 15 and the conductive board 14
The switch S is composed of the following. Then, via the switch S, the buzzer 17 is powered by a dry battery 1, which is a power source.
6 and constitutes an electric sounder 17 which is a bell (buzzer).

In addition, in this invented firing furnace, the furnace body 1 is lined with a refractory material 6 mainly composed of silicic acid, alumina, calcium, etc., so there is little heat transfer to the outside, good heat retention, and no contact. There is no risk of burning due to heat and is safe.

(Function) Now, using the Seegel drill 12 No. 015a, conductive board 1
4 and the gate-shaped terminals 15, 15 is smaller than the height of the Seegel cone 12, 63 mm, for example, l=30 mm. Then, the object to be fired is stored in the furnace body 1,
The burner 9 performs heating and baking. However, when the temperature inside the furnace reaches approximately 800°C, the Seegel cone 12 melts and falls down, so the guide rod 1
1 descends, l=0, and the conductive board 14 contacts the portal terminals 15, 15, turning on the switch S, so that the electric bell (buzzer) electric sounder 17 rings and the bell's mechanical sounder 13 also sounds. It vibrates and issues an alarm, confirming that the specified temperature inside the furnace (approximately 800°C) has been reached.

(Effects of the invention) The kiln of this invention has the configuration as described above, and uses ordinary fuel such as propane, city gas, and oil.
It is economical and allows easy firing at a predetermined temperature. When a particularly necessary predetermined furnace temperature is reached, the guide rod 11 automatically lowers the Seegel cone 12, and the mechanical sounder 13 and/or the electric sounder 17 are automatically checked by external visual inspection or by the mechanical sounder 13 and/or the electric sounder 17. It has the excellent effect of letting the operator accurately and automatically sense and confirm that the predetermined furnace temperature has been reached through the sound, and is extremely useful for people who want to perform firing on a small scale or at home. This is the gospel.
