Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A cutter body provided to rotate around a rotational axis, and a plurality of throw-away chips mounted on the cutter body along a circle centered on the rotational axis. A rotary cutter comprising: a back seat arranged to be located on the rear side of the throw-away tip when viewed in the rotational direction of the cutter body; and a head and a shaft portion, the back seat being fixed to the cutter body. a back seat fixing screw for fixing the cutter body, a presser foot arranged to be located on the front side of the throwaway tip when viewed in the rotational direction of the cutter body, and a presser foot fixing screw for fixing the presser foot to the cutter body. The cutter body is positioned relative to the throw-away tip in the rotational direction by the back seat and the presser foot, and the cutter body is positioned relative to the throw-away tip in the rotational axis direction and radial direction by the cutter body. The back seat has an elongated hole cut from an end thereof, extending substantially parallel to the direction of the main cutting edge of the throwaway tip, and through which the shaft of the back seat fixing screw is inserted.
