FIGS. 6 and 7 show conventional examples of laundry net bags. Using a coarse mesh wide net fabric made of synthetic fiber filament with a smooth surface and treated with water-resistant resin, this is cut into a vertically long rectangular net fabric, and the upper and lower ends are folded at the upper fold line 31 and the lower fold. Fold each end from the line of sight 32 and butt the free edges at both ends to form a laundry entrance/exit 33.The two overlapping left and right side edges are covered with tape cloth 34 and joined with sewing machine sutures 35 to form a bag body.The laundry entrance/exit 33 is equipped with a slide fastener. 36 is sewn to allow it to be opened and closed. This net bag is manufactured by turning it inside out after sewing (see the chain line in Figure 7) with the tape cloth inside.

However, in this conventional laundry mesh bag,
Because it is in the vortex of an electric washing machine, being agitated and in contact with the rotating blades for a long time, the sewing thread breaks, the sewing machine suture line 35 comes undone, and it often tears from there, resulting in poor durability and the loose side edges. There were problems such as the need for tape cloth and sewing work using a sewing machine for joining, making it time-consuming to manufacture.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention consists of a cylinder-shaped net fabric in which a double knitted fabric knitted with a knitting machine such as a ratssel knitting machine is connected on both warp side edges. In this method, the double knitted fabrics are joined at required intervals to form a bag body, and one of the double knitted fabrics has a vertical striped fraying part that creates a laundry entrance/exit. A bag base material is created by providing a stopper knitted part and cutting off the transversely striped fray-preventing knitted part;
The bag base material is made by cutting out the vertical striped anti-raveling part, attaching a slide fastener, and then turning the bag base material inside out.

According to this invention, the periphery of the bag is knitted in advance with a fray-preventing stitch using a knitting machine, making it unnecessary to sew the hemline using a sewing machine, and the fray-preventing stitch is formed in the stitches of the double-knitted fabric. The splints are tied together,
The cut edges do not fray and have great durability.

1 to 5 show examples of this invention. The laundry net bag is a double knitted fabric in which an upper knitted fabric 1 and a lower knitted fabric 1 made of nylon filaments are connected at both warp side edges 3, knitted by a knitting machine such as a double ratcell knitting machine, and it is water resistant after knitting. It is made from a smooth tube-shaped knitted fabric (see Fig. 2) that has been treated with resin so that the stitches retain their shape and open inside.

At the same time, a warp-like fraying prevention knitted part 6 (see Fig. 5) with a width of about 35 mm that forms a laundry entrance/exit 5 (see Fig. 1) is continuous at a position biased to the right side of the upper knitted fabric 1 only. It is organized as follows.

A separation band 7 of a relatively small width is provided continuously, and is divided into two fray-preventing knotted parts 4', 4'. As shown in FIG. 4, this fray-prevention binding knitted part 4 is knitted by finely knitting another splint thread 8 between the overlapping upper knitted fabric 1 and lower knitted fabric 2. Even if the center part of the separation band 7 is cut (see arrow direction C in FIG. 4), the knitting yarn will not come undone from the cut end.

This anti-fray knitting part is formed by knitting the weft yarn 10 as a splicing yarn at a fine pitch, and the knitting yarn will not fray even if the central part of the separation band is cut. The laundry entrance/exit 5 can be opened and closed by sewing a slide fastener 11 to the cut edge.

As mentioned above, the laundry net bag according to this invention is made of a tube-shaped knitted fabric knitted by a ratchet knitting machine or the like, and is machine-treated to prevent fraying in advance. Because of this, it is more durable than the conventional method, which is made by layering tape cloth and bordering it with machine stitching lines, and it does not tear at the fraying part even if it is agitated in an electric washing machine and comes into contact with the rotating blades for a long time. It has the advantage that it can be used for a long time without any problems, and that the sewing work after cutting can be greatly simplified.
