手段とて設けられた空気流入防止弁の弁体に関す
る。

弁は所謂フロート弁と言われるものであり、適用
される容器たとえば定量筒に収容され、内部に薬
液が充分にある時には薬液中に浮かんでおり、薬
液が無くなつた時に液面と一緒に下降して薬液の
出口(板状弁の弁座になつている)に被さつて出
口を塞ぐように構成されている。しかし、前記板
状弁を用いた空気流入防止弁の弁体では、薬液注
入の終了時に前記定量筒の流出口の閉止が完全に
行われない、滅菌処理した時の影響で板状弁が定
量筒の流出口に設けた弁座に付着してしまい薬液
中で浮上しない、輸送時等の板状弁の形状が捩れ
た状態に変形し液停止の機能を十分に果たせない
などの問題を生ずることがあつた。
