〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、被覆溶接棒の先端部を研磨して心線

の両端を含めて全部被覆剤で塗装するから、この
塗装機を出た被覆溶接棒の先、後端部被覆を削り
取る必要がある。

り、回転中のローラに図示の如く直角に接触する
溶接棒Rが回転し乍ら矢印方向に移動する際、ロ
ーラの外径の小さい部分から大きい部分へと移動

欠点がある。また、上記炭素鋼に代つてはめ込み
式の超硬合金を使用することも実用化されている
が、これは焼結、仕上げ加工が容易でなく、また
