を示す断面図、第２図及び第３図はその出力波形
、第４図は第２実施例を示す断面図、第５図はそ
の出力波形、第６図は従来の移動検出器（レゾル
バ）を示す断面つき斜視図である。 １はハウジング、２１，２２，２８は筒状巻線
、２３は検出部、２４は検出軸、２６は電源線、
３０は案内孔である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハウジング１内に設けられ差動変圧器を構
成するための筒状巻線２１，２２，２８と、前記
筒状巻線２１，２２，２８の軸心に形成された案
内孔３０と、前記案内孔３０内に移動自在に配設
され検出軸２４に設けられた磁性体よりなる検出
部２３と、前記筒状巻線２１，２２，２８を励磁
するための電源線２６とを備え、前記検出部２４
を移動することによりｓｉｎ波形の出力信号が得
られることを特徴とするリニアセンサー。 (2) 前記ハウジング１は少なくとも二個並設さ
れ、前記各案内孔３０内に位置する前記各検出部
２３，２３Ａは、互いに異なる位置に設けられて
おり、各筒状巻線２１，２２，２８からはｓｉｎ
波形及びｃｏｓ波形の出力信号が得られるように
したことを特徴とする請求項１記載のリニアセン
サー。
