- 入力インピーダンスが高く且つ出力インピーダ
ンスが低いインバータを用いて構成され、被測定
素子の出力信号を電流増幅して、オシロスコープ
等の測定装置のプローブが接続される出力端子か
ら出力して成ることを特徴とするプリプローバ。
