- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ２つの入力端子を有し、その端子に供給された
２つの入力信号の相互の関係を測定する２入力測
定器と、 周波数が可変な信号発生器と、 その２入力測定器の一方の入力端子に与えられ
た被測定信号とその信号発生器の出力信号とを加
算する加算アンプと、 その加算アンプからの出力信号を増幅し、イン
ピーダンス変換して被測定回路に供給するととも
にその２入力測定器の他方の入力端子に供給する
パワーアンプと、により構成される閉ループ回路
特性測定装置。
