とからなり、回転カツターロールの切削刃でも
つて基板の表面に沿つて移送される木材の表面
を切削する装置に於て、回転カツターロールは
複数本あつて、複数本が木材の移送方向に前後
に離されて、しかも回転軸が木材移送方向に直
交して配設されており、更にそれぞれの回転カ
ツターロールは、外周の切削刃が軸方向に複数
に分割されて、分割されたそれぞれの切削刃の
間に非切削部を有し、非切削部の直径は切削刃
の直径よりも細く形成されており、更に又、木
材の進行方向に於て後方に位置する回転カツタ
ーロールの切削刃は、前方に位置する回転カツ
ターロールの非切削部に位置し、しかも、後方
に位置する切削刃の切削幅あるいは切削幅の総
和は、前方に位置する回転カツターロールの非
切削部の幅以上であり、更に、切削刃の間に水
平状に延長して基板が設けられると共に、基板
は、最前列の回転カツターロールの切削刃の後
方に位置して、この回転カツターロールの切削
刃の突出量に等しい高さのガイド凸条を有し、
後方の回転カツターロールの切削刃は、このガ
イド凸条の高さに等しく調整されて、前後の回
転カツターロールの切削深さは同一ないしはほ
ぼ同一に調整されており、全ての回転カツター
ロールの切削刃で、木材の下面を平面状に切削
するように構成されてなることを特徴とする木
