Conventionally, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-19001, for example, a veneer for section boards to which adhesive has been applied using a gluing machine and veneers for front and back panels laminated on the top surface are temporarily bonded together using a pressure pulley. The front end of the group of temporarily glued veneers is supported by the front end support member and transported toward the end of the stacking device located on the discharge side of the gluing machine, and then the front end is supported at the end of the stacking device. The front end of the group of veneers carried in is brought into contact with the fixed ruler member arranged so that the member can pass through, the support by the front end support member is released, and the front end of the group of veneers is moved along the ruler surface of the fixed ruler member. An "automatic veneer stacking device" is known that deposits a group of veneers on a stacking device by dropping them.

However, in the above device, the adhesive applied to the veneer adheres to the ruler surface of the fixed ruler member, and as the adhesive hardens, the ruler surface becomes uneven. In addition to deteriorating the deposition accuracy, there was a risk that the edges of the veneer group, which slide into contact with the ruler member, would be damaged due to the adhesive cured in an uneven shape. The present invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and its purpose is to improve the deposition accuracy by removing adhesive adhered to the ruler member with a simple configuration. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stacking device for a veneer gluing machine that can prevent damage to the edges of veneer panels.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 are explanatory diagrams showing an outline of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the apparatus of this embodiment, FIG. 4 is a schematic plan view of FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a front end support member. In the figure, the gluing machine 1 has a pair of upper and lower applicator rolls 2 and 3 that are close to each other and both of which are rotationally driven, and a doctor that comes into elastic contact with each of the applicator rolls 2 and 3 and applies adhesive to the outer peripheral surface of the applicator rolls 2 and 3. It comprises rolls 4 and 5. When the veneer S placed on the stacking table 6 that can be raised and lowered is carried in, the veneer S is transferred to the rotating coating rolls 2 and 3.
After the adhesive is applied to the front and back surfaces thereof, the paper is transported to the transport device 7 side. A depositing device 9 is disposed below the discharge side of the pasting machine 1, and a conveyance device 7 is disposed above the depositing device 9 across the discharge side of the pasting machine 1 and the terminal end side of the depositing device 9. There is. This conveying device 7 has a drive sprocket 8 which is rotationally driven on the discharge side of the gluing machine 1.
and the free-rotating sprocket 10 that freely rotates on the terminal end side of the stacking device 9, two endless strips are stretched so as to be positioned at both ends perpendicular to the conveying direction of the veneer S to be conveyed. Chain 11 and each chain 1
The front end support member 12 is comprised of two front end support members 12 that are attached in a symmetrical positional relationship with respect to the front end support member 12 so as to be continuous in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement. and the fifth
As shown in the figure, each front end support member 12 has a support portion 12b extending in a direction opposite to the movement direction at the bottom thereof.
The front end support member 12 has a substantially leftward L-shaped cross section, and a plurality of gaps 12a are formed in each front end support member 12. An electric motor 14 is connected to the drive sprocket 8, and this electric motor 14 detects the veneer S that is output from the veneer detector 13 disposed on the unloading side of the gluing machine 1 as the veneer S passes through. Rotation is driven based on signal A. As a result, at the start of operation, one of the front end support members 12, which was waiting on the discharge side of the pasting machine 1, is moved from the starting end to the ending end of the depositing device 9, as shown in FIG. Further, a detector 15 is disposed above the idler sprocket 10, and as the electric motor 14 is driven, one front end support member 12 moves toward the detector 1.
When the detector 1 is moved to a position opposite to the detector 1,
5, the drive of the electric motor 14 is interrupted based on the disconnection signal B output from the front end support member 12.
is stopped at a position facing the detector 15. At this time, the other front end support member 12 is stopped at a standby position below the drive sprocket 8 on the discharge side of the pasting machine 1. The rear end support member 16 is provided between the discharge side of the gluing machine 1 and the starting end of the depositing device 9, and at a distance greater than the length of the veneer S from the ruler surface 20a toward the upper side in the conveying direction. ing. The front end of the veneer S is rotated by a rotary ruler device 17, which will be described later.
It is supported so that it can freely rotate to the position where it reaches. The rotary ruler device 17 faces each gap 12a in the front end support member 12 at the terminal end of the depositing device 9, and is freely rotatable at a position intersecting the conveyance path of the veneer S by the front end support member 12. A supported idler pulley 18, a drive pulley 19 and a turning roll 2 that are rotatably supported at a position vertically downwardly separated from the idler pulley 18 by an appropriate distance.
A ruler surface 20 stretched between 4 and along the vertical direction.
a, and is composed of a ruler member 20 such as an endless belt or chain that runs vertically downward at a higher speed than the falling speed of the veneer S under its own weight. Then, when the front end of the veneer S to be transported passes the detector 21 arranged on the upper side in the transport direction than the terminal end of the depositing device 9, a drive signal C is outputted, and a drive for rotating based on this drive signal C is generated. The ruler member 20 is moved by the pulley 19 in the direction of the solid line arrow shown in FIG. 3 for a predetermined period of time, that is, until some time has elapsed after the veneer S finishes falling onto the deposition device 9. Note that the ruler member 20 constituting the ruler surface 20a
A contact plate 22 is disposed on the back surface of the ruler, and this contact plate 22 maintains the vertical state of the ruler surface 20a. Turning roll 2 in each rotary ruler device 17
4 is a tank 2 that constitutes a part of the glue removing device 23;
5 are arranged respectively, and each tank 25 contains water,
A dissolving liquid 26, such as water containing detergent or a solvent for the applied adhesive, is contained. Then, as the ruler member 20 passes through the solution 26 in the tank 25, the adhesive adhering to the ruler surface 20a is dissolved and removed. Also, each conversion roll 2
A peeling member 27 is attached to the lower side of the ruler 4 in the rotational direction so that its side end portion slides into contact with the ruler surface 20a of the ruler member 20. Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. After the adhesive is applied to the front and back surfaces of the veneer S by the rotating application rolls 2 and 3, the veneer S is conveyed to the conveying device 7 side while being supported by the rear end support member 16, and the front end is used for veneer detection. detected by the device 13. The front end support member 12 starts moving by the electric motor 14 driven based on this veneer detection signal A, and the front end of the veneer S is supported on the support part 12b on the unloading side of the gluing machine 1. It moves from there toward the terminal end of the deposition device 9. When the front end of the veneer S passes the detector 21 disposed at the terminal end of the deposition device 9, the ruler member 20 moves as shown by the solid line arrow in FIG. 3 based on the drive signal C output from the detector 21. Start driving in the direction. Next, the running ruler member 20 comes into contact with the front end of the veneer S transported toward the rotary ruler device 17, and the support of the front end of the veneer S by the front end support member 12 is released. At this time, before the front end of the veneer S comes into contact with the ruler member 20, the rear end support member 16
The supporting state of the rear end portion is released and the deposition device 9
However, since the ruler member 20 is traveling vertically downward at a higher speed than the falling speed of the veneer S under its own weight, the front end of the veneer S starts to fall backwards as shown in FIG. It is dropped onto the deposition device 9 in an inclined state leading to the end. At the time of this fall, the veneer S
Air resistance acts on the front end of the veneer S and the ruler surface 2
Since it is pressed against 0a, the ruler-extended state of the veneer S is maintained. Further, when the front end support member 12, which has released the support for the front end of the single plate S, moves to above the free rotating sprocket 10 and faces the detector 15, the detector 15
A disconnection signal B is output from the front end support member 12, and the drive of the electric motor 14 is interrupted based on this disconnection signal B.
and the detector 15 are stopped at a position facing each other.
At this time, the other front end support member 12 attached to the chain 11 is located below the drive sprocket 8 on the unloading side of the gluing machine 1, and is stopped at a standby position symmetrical to the one front end support member 12. be done. The other front end support member 1 stopped at the standby position.
2 is enabled to support the front end of the veneer S to be carried out next. On the other hand, when the veneer S is stacked on the deposition device 9 while being pressed against the ruler surface 20a of the running ruler member 20, the adhesive applied to the veneer S is transferred to the ruler surface 20a.
However, since the running ruler member 20 passes through the tank 25 and the solution 26 is attached, the adhesive attached to the ruler surface 20a is removed from the solution 26.
The ruler surface 20a is melted and removed by the peeling member 27 that comes into sliding contact with the running ruler member 20.
The solution 26 and undissolved adhesive adhering to the substrate are peeled off and removed. In addition, every time one veneer S is deposited on the deposition device 9, a top veneer and a back veneer are piled up on the veneer S in a superimposed state to produce plywood. Therefore, in this embodiment, the ruler member 20 runs vertically downward on the front end of the veneer S carried in while the front end is supported by the front end support member 12 at a higher speed than the dead weight falling speed of the rear end. Accordingly, the veneer S can be dropped and deposited on the deposition device 9 with the front end thereof being ahead of the rear end thereof. At this time, since the front end of the veneer S is kept pressed against the ruler surface 20a due to the air resistance that acts upon the fall, the state in which the front end of the veneer S is drawn out by the ruler member 20 is maintained, and a high accuracy can be achieved. The veneer S can be deposited on the deposition device 9 with the ruler extended. In addition, the adhesive adhered to the ruler member 20 can be dissolved and peeled off by the dissolving liquid 26 and the peeling member 27, and the flat state of the ruler surface 20a can be maintained, and the accuracy of ruler placement of the front end of the veneer S by the ruler member 20 can be improved. It is possible to maintain a high height and prevent damage to the front end of the veneer S that comes into sliding contact with the running ruler member 20. In addition, the present invention does not only drop the veneer S to which the adhesive has been applied, but also a group of multiple veneers in which the veneer to which the adhesive has been applied, the top veneer, and the back veneer are temporarily bonded. It can also be used when depositing. Furthermore, the driving pulley 1 is controlled based on the driving signal C output from the detector 21 as the single plate S passes.
9 is rotationally driven, and the ruler member 20 is rotated vertically downward for a predetermined period of time to reduce damage to the end of the piled veneer that comes into sliding contact with the ruler member 20. However, the present invention is not limited to the solid line example, and may also be implemented in a configuration in which the ruler member continues to move in the vertical downward direction regardless of the loading of the veneer. Furthermore, since the present invention maintains the perpendicular state of the abutment plate 22 or the ruler surface shown in the embodiment, the technical scope is not limited by the presence or absence of a tension roll that biases the ruler member.
