Claims (1)
- 車間距離情報を入力し、該車間距離情報に基づ
いて先行車に対する自車の衝突の危険性を判定し
、衝突の危険が生じていると判定した場合に、警
報信号を発する情報処理回路を備えた衝突警報装
置において、上記自車の衝突の危険性の回避操作
を検出する検出手段を設け、該検出手段からの検
出出力に基づいて上記情報処理回路が警報信号の
発生を停止することを特徴とする衝突警報装置。
