Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 前方の車両との車間距離を計測し、該車間
    距離と予め設定された所定距離とを比較して２値
    の判別信号を出力する判別手段と、前記判別信号
    の第１の値から第２の値への最新の変化発生時点
    より第１の所定期間経過後に前記判別信号の前記
    第２の値から前記第１の値への変化が発生した場
    合と、前記判別信号の第２の値から前記第１の値
    への最新の変化発生時点より第２の所定期間経過
    後に前記判別信号の第１の値から前記第２の値へ
    の変化が発生した場合との少なくとも一方の場合
    において警報を発生する警報発生手段とを具備す
    ることを特徴とする車間距離警報装置。 (2) 前方の車両との車間距離を計測し、該車間
    距離と予め設定された所定距離とを比較して２値
    の判別信号を出力する判別手段と、前記判別信号
    の第１の値から第２の値への最新の変化発生時点
    より所定期間経過後に前記判別信号の前記第２の
    値から前記第１の値への変化が発生した場合に後
    続の車両のドライバに警報を与える警報発生手段
    とを具備することを特徴とする車間距離警報装置
    。
