FIG. 1 shows the process of conventional molded products, where 1 is a male mold and 2 is a female mold. First, put molding material 3 (powder) into a heated mold as in a.
The mold is closed as shown in b, the molding material is cured by heating and pressure, and the molded product is taken out as shown in c. This molded product is shown in FIG. 3, and in order to make the wood grain pattern appear, these molded products are called post-finishing and are newly given the above-mentioned pattern. The molded product of this invention is limited to thermosetting resin, and is made into a tablet by cold-compressing a powder of thermosetting resin molding material using a press or the like. Furthermore, a stamp or the like with a wood grain pattern on the front is prepared, dipped in stamp ink, and then stamped on the tablet block.

The tablet mass that has undergone the above steps is appropriately placed in a mold as shown in Fig. 2, and then subjected to the conventional compression molding step 1.
It is molded through the steps shown in Figures b and c. The molded product is shown in FIG.

Function The present invention is compression molded by the above-mentioned means, and at that time, the thermosetting resin molding material is put into a mold and heated to harden and have fluidity. At the same time, the stamp ink also penetrates into the thermosetting resin molding material, creating a wood grain pattern. After the above-mentioned heating is performed and the molding material becomes fluid, pressure is applied to spread the molding material throughout the mold. Thereafter, the resin undergoes thermosetting due to the curing reaction, and it no longer has plasticity, thus indicating a state in which the predetermined shape, size, and pattern are maintained. This provides synthetic lacquerware that resembles real woodgrain more than lacquerware whose woodgrain pattern has been created by hand, and is free from peeling.

Embodiment The embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a male mold for thermosetting resin molding material, 2 is a female mold for thermosetting resin molding material, and inside the female mold, thermosetting resin is Made by cold compressing molding material powder,
Place the tablet mass 4. The tablet block 4 has a wood grain pattern 6 stamped on it after soaking a stamp 5 with a wood grain pattern engraved in stamp ink. After that, the process is exactly the same as for conventional molded products. That is, the mold is closed, and the molded product is taken out after the pressure is reduced in the order of preheating, prepressurization, heating, and high speed/high pressure. Conventional molding conditions: heating temperature: 180°C to 210°C for melamine, 165°C for urea
-180°C, phenol 170°C - 200°C, pressure 180 - 190 kg, molding time 1 minute 20 seconds, etc., which are exactly the same.

Effects of the invention As described above, the present invention improves thermal efficiency by forming tablets, and by forming tablets with the same weight ratio, accuracy in measuring the molding material is incidentally improved. The most distinctive feature is that a unique wood grain pattern appears at the moment it is molded. This eliminates the troublesome work of finishing after applying the pattern, provides inexpensive synthetic lacquerware with excellent decorative value, and eliminates the worry of the pattern peeling off. Because the pattern continues throughout the interior, even more interesting synthetic lacquerware can be obtained by polishing. Furthermore, by replacing the stamps, it is also possible to create patterns in two or more colors.
