詳しくはハイコームを使用したコーミングシリン
ダーに付着した挟雑物、ネツプ等を除去清掃する

シリンダーブラシ10Aは前記ハイコームの回転
方向前方の針列17aの軸方向針間隙は勿論、後
方の針列17bの軸方向針間隙にも入り込んで挟
雑物、ネツプ等を除去清掃できようにしなければ

考案が解決しようとする問題点

ームの針に僅かなかえりが残つていとブラツシン
グ作用が阻害され、挟雑物、ネツプ等の除去清掃
が不充分となり、コーミングシリンダーに綿詰ま

ヤー1より太い植物繊維(太さ0.2〜0.4mm程度)
等の繊維線材4を多数本束ねた繊維毛束6が前記
ワイヤー毛束3を支持するように植設されいる。
植設方法は前述の周知の方法等により植設され
る。前記ワイヤーの先端によつて形成されるワイ
ヤー面2は前記繊維線材の先端によつて形成され
る繊維線材面5よりも僅かに突出している。その
突出長さは数ミリであるが好ましくは1.0〜1.5mm
程度である。なお、前記スパイラルの条数は1条
若しくは数条でもよく、スパイラルピツチもまた

考案の効果

せたので、ワイヤー毛束が繊維毛束に倣つてたわ
む際、ハイコームへの入り込みが充分であり、特
にハイコームの後方の針列の軸方向針間隙や針の
かえり部分についてブラツシング効果を向上させ
ることができる。更に、ワイヤーを束にして繊維
毛束部分と別にしたので、このように段差をつけ
