When water is supplied from the water supply port 5 and a switch (not shown) for the burner 7 is turned on while the heat exchanger 8 is full of water, the hot water temperature detector 6 detects the temperature, and the burner 7 starts operating. After that, when the water near the hot water temperature sensor 6 is heated and reaches the set temperature of the hot water temperature sensor 6,
Stop the operation of burner 7. When you open the hot water faucet (not shown) in this state, the water supply pressure will cause the water supply port 5 to open.
Water supplied from the second header 2 and guided into the second header 2 passes through a plurality of water pipes 3 while being pushed up from the second header 2, and is led into the first header 1. When the water near the hot water temperature detector 6 falls below the set temperature of the hot water temperature detector 6, the burner 7 starts operating and is heated while passing through the plurality of water pipes 3,
Hot water is discharged from the hot water supply port 4 via the first header 1.

In this configuration, it is necessary to weld the first header 1 and the plurality of water pipes 3 and the second header 2 and the plurality of water pipes 3, and the number of welding points is extremely large, which increases the number of welding man-hours. In addition, the combustion gas 9 generated from the burner 7
In order to prevent leakage to the outside of the heat exchanger 8 through the water pipes 3, a heat insulating material 10 and an outer cylinder 11 must be provided outside the heat exchanger 8 to provide sufficient heat insulation and ensure a secure seal. I had a problem.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention is provided with an inner shell and an outer shell in which the upper and lower ends of two cylindrical metal plates are rolled. A heat exchanger having upper and lower headers formed by a bulge, and a plurality of water tubes formed by a bulge and communicating between the upper and lower headers and divided in the circumferential direction. The heat exchanger is manufactured by printing a multi-tubular once-through circuit on two metal plates using an anti-crimping agent, and then rolling the two metal plates. The metal plate is then inflated with high-pressure air to form the multi-tubular once-through circuit, which is then wound into a roll and joined by longitudinal joints.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5.
This will be explained using figures. In Figures 3 to 5, 1 is a shell-and-tube once-through heat exchanger; one metal plate has a shell-and-tube once-through circuit printed on it using an anti-crimping agent;
A metal plate that is rolled into a single metal plate with another metal plate that has undergone the same treatment, then inflated with high-pressure air to form a multi-tube once-through circuit, wound into a roll, and joined by vertical splicing. The one metal plate forms an inner shell 2, and the other metal plate forms an outer shell 3. 4 is a first header, 5 is a second header, and 6 is the first header 4 and the second header 5.
The first header 4 is provided with a hot water inlet 7, and the second header 5 is provided with a water inlet 8. 9 is a hot water temperature detector, which turns the burner 10 on and off depending on the hot water temperature near the hot water temperature detector 9.
It is something that makes you Reference numeral 11 denotes a baffle body for exchanging heat with the high temperature combustion gas generated from the burner 10.

In the above configuration, the multi-tubular once-through heat exchanger 1 is formed by welding only the longitudinal joints, so that the number of welding steps is reduced and the reliability of the welded portion is improved. Next, the operation will be explained. The burner 10 is supplied with water from the water supply port 8 and the multi-tubular once-through heat exchanger 1 is filled with water.
When the switch (not shown) is turned on, the hot water temperature detector 9 detects the temperature, and the burner 10 starts operating. Thereafter, when the water near the hot water temperature detector 9 is heated and reaches the set temperature of the hot water temperature detector 9, the operation of the burner 10 is stopped. When a hot water faucet (not shown) is opened in this state, water is supplied from the water supply port 8 due to the water supply pressure, and the water guided into the second header 5 is pushed up the plurality of water pipes 6 from the second header 5. and is guided into the first header 4. When the water near the hot water temperature sensor 9 falls below the set temperature of the hot water temperature sensor 9, the burner 10 starts operating, and the combustion gas 12 is disturbed by the buffle body 11 while passing through the plurality of water pipes 6. The hot water is heated by promoting heat exchange, and is discharged from the hot water supply port 7 via the first header 4. The high-temperature combustion gas 12 generated from the burner 10 is disturbed by the baffle body 11 to promote heat exchange in the plurality of water pipes 6, and after the heat exchange is completed, the combustion exhaust gas is passed around the entire circumference between the plurality of water pipes 6 and the metal plate 13. Since the heat exchanger 1 is covered with
There is no leakage to the outside, and even if the metal plate 13 between the water pipes 6 comes into contact with the combustion exhaust gas, it becomes high temperature due to heat conduction to the water pipe 6, and there is no problem with heat resistance. There is.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, compared to the conventional structure consisting of first and second headers and a plurality of water pipes, the number of welding steps can be greatly reduced, and the reliability of the welded part is improved. Since the space is also connected by a metal plate, combustion gas does not leak to the outside, and the temperature of the metal plate is also reduced by heat conduction to the water pipe, improving the heat resistance of the metal plate.
