Claims (1)
- 両端にそれぞれ開口部を有するケースと、該ケ
ースの内部を密閉状態に保つように前記両開口部
内にそれぞれ摺動可能に設けられたピストンヘツ
ドと、該両ピストンヘツドによつて前記ケース内
に密閉される非圧縮性流体とを備え、該非圧縮性
流体を介して一方のピストンヘツドから伝達され
る駆動力によつて他方のピストンヘツドに変位を
与えることを特徴とする微少駆動機構。
