Claims (1)
- シリンダと、シリンダ内を移動するピストンと
、ピストンの両側に圧力差を発生させるためシリ
ンダ内のピストンで仕切られた２つの空間に流体
を導入するための通路とを備えた差動ピストン形
シリンダにおいて、シリンダを内筒と外筒からな
る二重構造にし、内筒中でピストンを移動させる
ようにしたことを特徴とする差動ピストン形シリ
ンダ。
