本考案は、リード線引き出し口における絶縁破
壊を防ぐことのできる高圧トランス用のコイルボ

従来、リード線引き出し口における引き出し線
の交叉を問題とするようなトランスに使用されて
いるコイルボビンは、第3図の斜視図に示される
ように、巻芯11の面に対して突出部13および
ツバ12に設けられたリード線引き込みおよび引
き出し用の溝14が垂直に成形されている。その
ために、第4図の断面図に見られるように、巻き
始め側の引き込み線16は溝14の内側コーナー
から斜めに巻芯部に入り込むことになり、その結
果、リード線と巻線とが互に押圧状態で交叉する
ようになつている。

して接触するリード線引き込み側の内壁を少なく
とも部分的に深くなるにしたがつて幅広になるよ
うに傾斜させたことを特徴とする。

き始め方向引き込み側の内壁が深くなるにしたが
つて幅広になるように傾斜している。この傾斜に
よつて、第2図に示すように、巻線5を施こすに
際し、引き込み線6は溝4の深部に導かれたの
ち、そこから巻芯部に入つて巻線5が施こされ
る。したがつて、巻線5の溝4側に巻かれている
線や、巻線の完了時に引き出される線が引き込み
