``Prior Art'' For example, many camera strobes have recently been incorporated into the camera body, and the transformer used therein is densely arranged and housed together with other components in a limited occupied space. Therefore, this type of transformer is required to be miniaturized and manufactured more efficiently, and the magnetic field formed by the current flowing through the transformer windings is almost completely confined within the closed magnetic circuit of the transformer, reducing magnetic flux leakage to the outside. It is desirable to have no.

Conventionally, the closed magnetic path plates 20-1 and 20-2 were attached to the bobbin 11 under such conditions, so the closed magnetic path plates 20-1 and 20-2 were structurally extended to the outside, and the flange was The edges of 13 and 14 also protrude outward, impeding the requirements for miniaturization. Also, the overall magnetic path length is relatively long, and the bobbin body 1
1 is not completely filled with the legs 20-1A and 20-1B, it is difficult to completely confine the magnetic flux, and leakage magnetic flux may occur.

The bobbin 34 is made of synthetic resin material with a thickness of 0.3 mm, for example.
As shown in FIG. 5, it is formed into a substantially rectangular tube shape with one side open. At both ends of the bobbin 34,
Flanges 35-1 and 35-2 are integrally formed,
The peripheral edge portions of the open side surfaces of the bobbin 34 are bent and extended in directions approaching each other so as to slightly narrow the open surface, and claws 36-1 and 36-2 are formed in these extended portions. Since the bobbin 34 having such a shape is entirely formed of a thin film-like synthetic resin material, it has sufficient flexibility.

Structurally, the terminal board 37 is connected to the collar 32-1, respectively.
It is continuously fixed to the side surface of the wire 32-2, and has a shape that surrounds and protects the winding 45 from the direction of the winding axis, resulting in a solid structure as a whole. Even during assembly, the claws 36-1, 36- formed on the bobbin 34
Since the work can be done while temporarily fixing the parts using 2, the assembly work can be done easily and with high precision.
In addition, unlike conventional products, the magnetic path piece is not inserted into the hollow part of the bobbin, but the flexible bobbin 34 is attached to the core body 31 so that there is no wasted installation space. The overall size is smaller, and high dimensional accuracy is not required when manufacturing parts, making it suitable for mass production.

Furthermore, in terms of structure, insulation treatment for the core body 31 is realized using the connecting portion 39, and there is no need to apply insulating paint to the core body 31 unlike in the conventional case, and work efficiency is greatly improved.

The winding axis direction of the winding 45 is between the terminal board 37 and the collar 32.
-1, 32-2 are regulated and positioned with the outer surface of
Also, the direction perpendicular to the winding axis direction of the winding 45 is the flange 32-
1, 32-2 and the yoke 33 for regulating positioning, and the entire structure is greatly reduced in size into a cubic shape. With this invention, it is possible to obtain a small transformer with dimensions of, for example, 7 mm x 6 mm x 6 mm. In addition, a closed magnetic path with a short magnetic path length is formed by the core body 31, the collars 32-1, 32-2, and the yoke 33, and is made of a magnetic material with high magnetic permeability over the entire magnetic path, and is generated by the current flowing through the winding 45. The magnetic field is completely confined, and leakage magnetic flux can be significantly reduced.
