Generally referred to as a panoramic cephalometric X-ray device, the above device is indispensable for a wide range of diagnosis, correction, prosthetics, and surgery, including not only the dentition area but also oral function and the facial area including the upper and lower jaws.
After panoramic imaging of the patient's dental arches, etc., the patient is transferred to the cephalometric head and a standard X-ray photograph of the head at a frontal, lateral or 45° oblique angle is taken. The focus of the X-ray source must be precisely positioned at the location. For this self-adjusted photography, the distance between focus and subject is usually 1.5m.
Since this is carried out at a magnification of 1.1 times, if the central axis of the X-ray emission of the X-ray source is off by, for example, 0.1°, a deviation of nearly 3 mm will occur in the cephalometric head. Therefore, the aiming of the X-ray source, which aligns the central axis of radiation with the reference line connecting the pair of ear rods of the cephalostat mechanism, requires high precision that does not allow even the slightest deviation of the central axis, and The cephalometric positioning operation must be performed quickly. Conventionally, in this type of apparatus, a film cassette support (cylindrical or flat plate) that faces the X-ray source during panoramic imaging is fixed to a horizontal arm by a central shaft or other means, and during cephalometric imaging, the film cassette support (cylindrical or flat plate) faces the X-ray source. Unable to evacuate from the radiation cone. For this reason
The direction of the X-ray generator is changed through a vertical shaft that suspends the X-ray generator containing the tube that is the radiation source, and a support arm mechanism that holds both longitudinal ends of the X-ray generator.
It is customary to aim the X-ray emission axis at the reference line of the cephalostat mechanism. However, the aiming operation described above is time-consuming because the operator must manually set the arm movement, the vertical angle setting of the X-ray source, and the horizontal angle setting.
In addition to low workability, the vertical and horizontal angle setting mechanism of the X-ray generator has a mechanical structure in which, for example, a tapered setting rod is inserted into a reference hole drilled at a predetermined position. Due to the insertion, a slight error in the setting position occurs depending on whether or not the rod and the hole are in contact with each other over the entire circumference. That is, human errors such as the operator's poor operating skills are likely to occur, and wear of the contact portions may also cause errors.
If cephalometric imaging is performed with this positioning error occurring, accurate standard photographs that require a high degree of restorability will not be obtained and the imaging will have to be retaken, resulting in unnecessary radiation exposure to the patient. There is a big problem.

This idea was created in view of the above-mentioned current situation, and it solves the problems of conventional dental panoramic/cephalometric X-ray imaging devices. The present invention aims to provide a convenient device that automatically controls each stage of operation in a sequential manner, performs rapid and highly accurate positioning, and provides accurate and highly restorable head standard photographs. In other words, in a dental full jaw and head standard imaging device that uses a flat film cassette, the longitudinal position of the horizontal arm rotation mechanism is detected in the longitudinal direction of the pedestal that suspends and supports it, and the horizontal arm is rotated back and forth via a reversible motor. A rotation mechanism position setting means for setting the movement to a reference position, and detecting the X-ray emission direction of the horizontal arm of the rotation mechanism set by the means, and driving the rotation mechanism to move the horizontal arm clockwise or counterclockwise. When the X-ray emission center axis of the horizontal arm rotated by the means coincides with the aiming reference axis, this is detected, the rotation is stopped, and the X-ray emission is stopped. a standard photographing aiming means for positioning the central axis at a standard photographing position; and a horizontal arm for driving a reversible motor in accordance with the detection signal, and for fixing the horizontal arm by inserting a locking member between the horizontal arm and the mount. a fixing means, and a cassette support rotation which drives a reversible motor in response to the detection signal, rotates the support of the flat film cassette about its upper end, and retracts it out of the X-ray radiation cone area. The present invention relates to a dental X-ray full-jaw and head standard imaging device characterized by being provided with a moving means.

Embodiments of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view showing the photographing section of the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the photographing section 1 is mounted on a main column 2 installed on a base (not shown) so as to be able to rise and fall. This photographing section 1 has a mount 3 that protrudes toward the upper right direction.
and the rotating mechanism inside this frame (shown in Figures 2 and 3)
A horizontal arm 5 is suspended from a rotation shaft 4 and is rotatable in the horizontal direction. It movably supports an X-ray source 6 parallel to the axis and a flat film cassette 7 placed opposite the X-ray source and for photographing an X-ray image transmitted through the dental arch of a subject (not shown). The camera is comprised of a cassette support 8, a head positioning mechanism for panoramic photography, that is, a butt pad 9, two ear slots 10, a chin rest 11, and a projector 12. The figure shows the rotational position of the horizontal arm 5 at the start of dental arch panoramic imaging. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the entire apparatus as viewed from above, showing a state in which the panoramic imaging has been completed and cephalometric imaging is being performed subsequently. In the figure, a cephalostat mechanism 14 constructed at the tip of a long support arm 13 protruding rightward from the side surface of the imaging unit rotates 90° or 45° about a fixed central axis 15, allowing the head of the patient to be examined. Take standard photographs from the side, front, or at a 45° angle. The figure shows the positioning state for cephalometric imaging, and shows the reference line 16C connecting a pair of ear rods 16, 16'.
is the cephalometric imaging reference axis, and the standard imaging aim is to aim this 16C and the focal point 17 of the X-ray source 6 on the same line, and the distance L between the central axis 15 of the cephalometric stat and the X-ray focal point 17 is 1500 correctly
It is set to mm. With this configuration, a 1.1 times enlarged image is taken on the cassette film 18 of the cephalostat mechanism. In order to aim at the dental arch of the subject during the above-mentioned panoramic imaging, the center axis position 20C of the horizontal arm rotation mechanism (indicated by a dotted line) 19 is aligned with the longitudinal center axis 3C of the mount 3. The horizontal arm 5 is moved in the front-back direction by a distance Δl, and then the horizontal arm 5 is rotated counterclockwise to take a panoramic photograph. Therefore, at the end of panoramic photography, the horizontal arm 5 is stopped at the position indicated by the dotted line 5'. At this position, the X-ray emission central axis X C of the X-ray focal point 17' of the horizontal arm 5', that is, the longitudinal axis of the horizontal arm, is much larger than the aiming reference axis X S , which coincides with the reference line 16C of the cephalostat 14, as shown in the figure. It's off.

Here, first of all, the front and rear positions of the rotation mechanism 19 with respect to the frame 3 are detected, the rotation mechanism 19 is moved, and the center axis position 20C is moved within 0.1 mm, for example, to the cephalometric reference position P S. It is set with high precision. This setting means will be explained with reference to a plan view indicated by dotted lines in FIG. 2 and a perspective view in FIG. 3. A rotating mechanism is mounted on the lower surface of the upper substrate 24, supported by four pillars 22 installed on the bottom 3B of the pedestal 3, and slidable on a pair of guide shafts 23, 23' parallel to the longitudinal center axis 3C of the pedestal 3. The rotation mechanism 19 is moved in the direction of arrow a by fixing the cylindrical nut 25 and rotating the screw shaft 26 that is screwed into the nut by a reversible motor 28 attached to a partition wall 27 that is integral with the pedestal bottom 3B. Make it move. In order to eliminate the influence of backlash when the screw shaft 26 and nut 25 are screwed together and to set the position with high precision, the position of the rotation mechanism 19 is determined, and the rotation mechanism 19 is always moved forward in one direction, for example, and then stopped, to reach the set stop position. A positioning means configured as shown in FIG.
As detailed in the utility model registration application "Positioning control device for dental X-ray imaging device" filed on April 10th,
A detailed explanation will be omitted here, and only the positions of the light shielding plate 29 and the optical position detection means, that is, the optical coupling element 30 of the above device will be shown.

In this way, even if the center axis position 20C of the rotation mechanism 19 is set with high precision to the predetermined cephalometric reference position P S , the orientation of the horizontal arm, that is, the X-ray emission center axis X C is in the direction shown in FIG. Even if it moves forward in parallel by Δl, it is still far from the Cephalo aiming reference axis X S. Therefore, the position setting completion signal immediately changes the current direction of the horizontal arm 5, that is, the above X C with respect to the reference axis X S.
A horizontal arm phase detection mechanism that detects whether the swing is clockwise or counterclockwise operates, but before explaining this mechanism, the rotation mechanism 19
The configuration will be explained with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the mechanism below the upper substrate 24 of the rotation mechanism. The rotation mechanism 19 is rotatably supported by an upper substrate 24, and includes a main shaft 20 having the above-mentioned center axis 20C, and a large-diameter friction ring 32 (shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 4) provided at the upper end of the main shaft 20. ), a revolving drive gear 33 similarly provided at the lower end of the main shaft 20, a planetary gear 35 that meshes with this gear 33 and meshes with an internal gear of a fixed sun gear 34 and revolves while rotating, and this gear shaft 36. Rotatably supported,
and a planetary gear 35 with the main shaft 20 as the center of rotation.
A gear cover 37 that rotates following the revolution of the planetary gear 35, a horizontal arm rotation shaft 4 (see FIG. 1) formed integrally with the planetary gear 35, and a rolling ring 38 that is in pressure contact with the large diameter friction ring 32. and a reversible motor for driving it, such as a five-phase step motor 39, which is connected to the upper substrate 24 via four pillars 41,
It is constituted by a disk-shaped lower substrate 40 that supports a bearing portion at the lower end of the main shaft 20. The figure shows a state in which the horizontal arm center axis X C has completed aiming at the cephalometric aiming axis X S. Several mechanisms that operate until this aiming is completed will be explained step by step. First of all, the planetary gear shaft and gear cover position corresponding to the horizontal arm position 5' at the end of the panorama shown in FIG. This is the orbit of the gear shaft 36 during panoramic photography, and with respect to the intersection point P The above-mentioned horizontal arm phase detection mechanism 4 detects
It is 2. This mechanism 42 includes, for example, a light emitting diode and a photodiode disposed on the sun gear 34 via a support 43, which are arranged facing each other, and further includes a groove-shaped photo-microsensor 44 equipped with a photocurrent amplification circuit, and a sector-shaped light shielding device. When the planetary gear shaft 36 is located at a position counterclockwise, for example, 36' from the P
4, but blocks light over a wide range up to a position 36'' clockwise from P As shown in , it is attached to a part of the outer periphery of the gear cover 37 with a mounting screw or the like.In this way, the rotation phase of the horizontal arm 5 is adjusted so that the axis of the rotation shaft 4 that suspends it is at the Cefaro standard position. The control unit 46 shown in FIG. 3 detects in which direction P
The horizontal arm 5 is rotated by driving the five-phase step motor 39 through the rotation drive motor circuit inside. A rotation speed reduction mechanism 47 is provided to gradually reduce this rotation speed at a certain point when approaching the set position PX , and to stop the rotation speed at the set position with high precision without overshooting due to inertia or the like. This consists of a groove-type photo-microsensor 48 and a corresponding light-shielding plate 52 near the sensor 44, which is attached at a different vertical phase from the light-shielding plate 45 as shown in FIG. For example, the light shielding plate 52 is moved from the operating position corresponding to the above-mentioned P
It has a low speed range of 10 to 15 mm. Therefore, until the rotation axis 4 of the horizontal arm 5 approaches P
The rotation speed is gradually reduced at the moment when the light shielding plate 52 blocks light, so that the rotation speed is slowly rotated in a low speed range of l. The central axis of the horizontal arm 5 that has been rotated in this way, that is, the central axis of X-ray radiation
Line focal point 17 and two earlots 13, 16'
The cephalometric aiming mechanism 49 correctly sets the three points on a straight line, and the mechanisms 42 and 47 described above are preparation mechanisms for this aiming. Cephalo aiming mechanism 4
Reference numeral 9 denotes a light-shielding plate 50 with a minute width S of, for example, 1 mm provided on the lower surface of the outer periphery of the large-diameter friction ring 32 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and a groove-shaped photo-microsensor 51 provided on the upper substrate 24. Next, FIG. 6 shows a flowchart of the sequence control of the control circuit section 46 of FIG. 3 mentioned above.
In the figure, step 55 is a judgment function of the aiming mechanism 49, and if it is (YES), it will be described later.
If (NO), it is necessary to determine in which step of the sequence the arm position is not at the arm aiming position. In other words, once the arm is set to the semi-adjacent position, the motor 3 is
It is determined whether the external force exceeding the braking force of step 9 has caused the cylinder to move from the semi-aromatic position again, or whether it is in the initial setting stage at all. This is done by determining whether or not the rotary motor 39 is in a braking state. This is because once the arm is set in the semi-along position, the motor 39 is in a braking state until the locking mechanism is completely set. Here motor 3
If it is determined in step 56 that the arm 9 is not in the braking state (NO), it is considered as the initial setting, but if it is in the braking state (YES), the judgment of the arm position after re-movement due to an external force is slightly delayed. It needs to be done after a time lag. Rather than instantly determining the arm position when moving again,
A practical delay time of 1 second, shown in step 57, is set by analyzing realistic conditions under which external forces are applied. Step 58 is a judgment function of the arm phase detection mechanism 42 described above, and judges when the sensor 44 is shielded from light (YES).
A reset signal, ie, a signal for preparing to rotate the arm counterclockwise, is output to the motor 39. (NO), sensor 4 at the end of panoramic shooting, etc.
4, a preparation signal for rotating the arm clockwise is output in step 60. At the same time, the function of the rotational speed decreasing mechanism 47 described above is used to check in step 6 whether or not the light shielding plate 52 is in the low speed range l.
If it is not present, a high-speed pulse is output to the motor 39 in step 62, and if it is, a low-speed pulse is output in step 63 to rotate the motor 39 and rotate the arm. When the process returns to step 55 and the determination is YES, an arm fixing mechanism 68, which will be described next, operates to fix the arm in step 64. In order to prevent the arm from moving again due to external force during this locking operation, the aforementioned brake is applied to the motor 39 in step 65, and when the mechanical lock is completed, the locking signal is turned ON and the cassette support 8 is turned on. Rotate from the state (panorama) shown in Fig. 1 in the direction of arrow C in Fig. 2,
The patient is evacuated outside the X-ray radiation area, and preparations for cephalometric imaging are completed.

Next, according to FIG. 7, the horizontal arm fixing mechanism 6
8 and the cassette support rotation mechanism 69 will be explained. The figure is a sectional view taken along the line -' in FIG. 2 of the cassette support suspension side structure (5F in FIG. 1) of the horizontal arm 5. However, parts necessary for explanation, such as link mechanisms, are not cross-sectioned. A screw shaft 71 directly connected to the output shaft of a reversible motor 70 fixed within the arm structure 5F is rotatably supported by bearings of a pair of opposing columns 72, 72'. A cylindrical nut 73 that is screwed into this screw shaft 71 is formed into a hexahedron long in the screw direction, and a pin 74 is attached to one surface (the front side in the figure) of the hexahedron.
An L-shaped link mechanism 76 having an elongated hole 75 at one end that fits into the pin 74 and is slidable therein is engaged. This L-shaped link mechanism 76 is made of cast material and has a shape in which a vertical lever part 76A and a horizontal lever part 76B are connected by a cylindrical body 76C whose axis is perpendicular to the plane of the drawing, and is installed at the bottom of the arm structure. The cylindrical portion 76C is rotatably supported on a support shaft 78 fixed to the protruding portion 77.
A long hole 75' is also bored at the tip of the horizontal lever part 76B of the L-shaped link mechanism as described above, and a pin 79 that fits into this and slides is provided at the lower end of the insertion shaft 80 which is the main body of this mechanism. ing. The fitting shaft 80 has an anti-friction member 82 such as an oil-less metal inside a cylindrical protrusion 81 provided inside the side wall of the arm structure 5F.
It is inserted so that its axis 80C is correctly raised and lowered in the vertical direction, and a tapered portion 80T is provided at its upper tip. Furthermore, although not shown in the drawings, a limit switch mechanism is provided that regulates a predetermined allowable movement range L S of the pin position of the nut 73, and this L S is the vertical movement range of the insertion shaft 80.
It becomes H S. With the above configuration, when the motor 70 rotates, for example, counterclockwise in response to the signal from the aiming mechanism, the cylindrical nut 73 moves to the right, tilts the link 76 as shown by the two-dot chain line 76', and engages the Insert shaft 8
0 as indicated by the two-dot chain line 80'.
This raised fitting insertion shaft 80 is fitted into the fitting hole 83H bored in the wear-resistant material of the fitting part 83 provided in the base 3B of the frame 3 shown in FIG . The horizontal arm 5 is fixed to the pedestal 3 with zero error with respect to the radiation center axis XC .

Next, the cassette support rotation mechanism 69 is rotatably supported by radial ball bearings 87 and thrust ball bearings 88 fitted in upper and lower two-stage flat plate-like protrusions 85 and 86 formed inside the side wall of the arm structure 5F, respectively. A worm gear 90 fixed to a hollow vertical shaft 89
and a worm 91 that is directly connected to the screw shaft 71 of the fixing mechanism 68 and rotated by the output shaft of the reversible motor 70 (the entire opposite side of the worm gear 90 is not visible in the figure). Above vertical axis 8
A top plate 92 of the flat film cassette support 8 is firmly suspended from the lower end flange 89R of the film cassette 9 by several mounting screws 94 via a reinforcing member 93. With the above configuration, the rotation of the reversible motor 70 becomes the rotation of the vertical shaft 89 via the worm 91 and the worm gear 90, and the axis position of this vertical shaft is 89C.
As shown in Fig. 2, it is located at the (+) mark at the right end of the arm center axis XC when viewed from the X-ray source 6.
The above-mentioned rotation causes the cassette support 8 to rotate in the direction of the arrow C, so that the cassette support 8 is rotated to a state parallel to the X-ray radiation central axis X S of cephalometric imaging, and can be completely evacuated from the radiation cone region.
