【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は空気汚染場所での作業、例えば農薬や
殺虫剤の散布作業、又は防寒やカゼの予防のため
の簡易マスクに関し、更に詳細にはその使用時に

(従来の技術)

るように、マスク周辺全体、あるいはマスク周辺

顔とを密着させて息がもれるのを防止して、眼鏡
がくもらないようにしたものが知られていた。し
かしながら、この従来のマスクでは、繰り返し装
着することによつて粘性材料の粘着性が低下し、
それによつて顔とマスクの接触部分に非密着部が

とにより息がもれるのを防止し、眼鏡がくもらな
いようにしたものである。しかしこの従来のマス
クでは、マスク上部接触部分以外の接触部分に非
密着部が生れることにより息がもれ、眼鏡がくも
る問題があつた。又、このマスクでは縁取り板
と、通気性薄板とによつてマスク前面を構成して
いるため、縁取り板によつて吸排気面積を減少さ
せる問題点があつた。更に、このマスクはそれを
構成する部品点数が多いため製造が複雑になるこ
とによつてコストが高くなる問題点があつた。更
には、このマスクは吸排気面部品を何層にも重ね
るため吸排気時の抵抗が大きく、排気時にはマス
ク内の気圧が上がるため、マスクと顔との接触部
分に非密着部が生じやすく、それにより生じた非
密着部により息がもれ眼鏡がくもる問題点があつ

クを提供しようとするものである。又、本考案は
簡易マスクの吸排気面からの排気による眼鏡のく
もりを防止する簡易マスクを提供しようとするも
のである。更には、本考案は簡易マスクを構成す
る部品点数をへらして、製造コストが安い簡易マ

気性フイルムが密着しているマスク本体からの排
気を防止して、眼鏡に息がかからないようにし、
また、マスク本体の周辺から突出する帯状非通気
性フイルムを前記マスク本体の周辺に接着するこ
とによつて、当該マスク本体と顔との接触部品に
生じる非密着部からの息のもれを防止して眼鏡に

1は、濾過機能を有する活性炭や有毒ガス吸収性

り積層シートで成形され、接着部21,41にて
内側非通気性フイルム2と熱接着されている。こ
の内側非通気性フイルム2は、非通気性軟質樹脂
などから成り、マスク本体1の装着部の形状に合
うように成形された後、接着部21,41に幅3
mm〜5mmで熱接着される。帯状非通気性フイルム
3は接着部31,41に熱接着により設けられて
いる。この帯状非通気性フイルム3は幅10mm〜15
mmの帯状の非通気性軟質樹脂などから成り、マス
ク本体1の接着部31,41に幅3mm〜5mmで熱
接着される。マスクは第1図に示すようにマスク
本体1の内側左周辺11aと内側右周辺11bを
熱接着することにより、略円錐状の簡易マスクM
として成形される。この簡易マスクMを装着し吸
気すると第2図に示すようにマスク本体1と内側
非通気性フイルム2の間に隙間51が生じ、マス
ク本体1の全面からの吸気が可能である。又、排
気する場合にはマスク本体1と内側非通気性フイ
ルム2とが密着し内側非通気性フイルム2との密
着面にあたるマスク本体の鼻を覆う面から息が出
るのを防止し、眼鏡がくもらないようになつてい
る。更に、マスク本体1周辺の接触部分に生ずる
非密着部からの息のもれを帯状非通気性フイルム
3により顔との非密着部をなくし、息のもれを防

により生じた眼鏡のくもりをなくすことができ
る。更に、マスク本体の周辺から突出する帯状非
通気性フイルムを前記マスク本体の周辺に接着し
たので、従来マスク本体と顔との接触部分に生じ
た非密着部からの息のもれによる眼鏡のくもりを
なくすることができる。又、簡易マスクはマスク
本体、内側非通気性フイルム及び帯状非通気性フ
イルムの3点の構成部品からなり、3点を接着す
ることのみにより前記簡易マスクを製造できるこ
とから、きわめて製造が簡単であるため製造コス
