圧波形図、第３図は従来の直流安定電源装置の過
電圧保護回路の構成図、第４図は異常時における
第１図のコンバータユニツトの出力電圧波形図で
ある。 １……直流入力電源、２，２′……コンバータ
ユニツト、３，３′……負荷回路、４……駆動回
路、５……主スイツチ、１１ａ，１１ｂ……光サ
イリスタ、１４……定電圧ダイオード。

Claims (1)
- 出力電圧が規定値以上になると、光結合素子が
動作して主スイツチを遮断状態にすることにより
出力を停止させるコンバータユニツトを複数個も
つ直流安定化電源装置の過電圧保護回路において
、該コンバータ間で共通接続した光結合素子と、
これに縦続接続する定電圧ダイオードとで構成す
ることを特徴とした直流安定化電源装置の過電圧
保護回路。
