- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電動機を駆動するインバータの出力側に接続さ
れる整流器と、この整流器の出力側に接続された
直流コンデンサ、放電抵抗及び他励インバータよ
りなる過電圧防止回路において、 前記整流器を、常時サイリスタにゲート信号が
印加され停電又は運転停止時にゲートが遮断され
るサイリスタ整流器としたことを特徴とした過電
圧防止回路の過電流保護装置。
