Claims (1)
- 孔明き円板状の薄い金属板の表裏両面に、複数
枚の扇形状圧電素子を、相隣接する上記圧電素子
の分極方向が反転するように、また、表裏の上記
圧電素子が１／２ピツチずつずれるように貼付し
たことを特徴とする超音波モータ用素子。
