Claims (1)
- 圧電素子と、該圧電素子を接合した振動体と、
該振動体に圧接され、前記圧電素子の押縮運動に
よるたわみ進行波で摩擦駆動するロータとを有す
る超音波モータにおいて、前記圧電素子は中心穴
を有して円形状に形成すると共に、前記圧電素子
の一平面に分極処理された複数の扇形の電極パタ
ーンを形成し、少なくとも隣接する１組の電極パ
ターンそれぞれの内周付近に、周方向くびれ形状
を設けたことを特徴とする超音波モータの圧電素
子電極構造。
