Claims (1)
- センサ本体と、該センサ本体内に設けられた永
久磁石と、該永久磁石の軸方向一側に位置して前
記センサ本体に設けられ、先端側が回転部材に近
接して配設されるコア部材と、該コア部材に巻回
され、前記回転部材の回転を検出する検出コイル
と、非磁性の金属材料によつて有蓋筒状に形成さ
れ、該検出コイルとコア部材の先端面とを覆うよ
うに前記センサ本体に取付けられたキヤツプとか
らなる電磁式回転センサにおいて、前記キヤツプ
とコア部材の先端面との間には微小なエアギヤツ
プを形成したことを特徴とする電磁式回転センサ
。
