出器の出力信号を記憶する第１のメモリ回路と、
前記第２の光検出器の出力信号を記憶する第２の
メモリ回路と、前記フアブリ・ペロー・エタロン
のミラー間隔を変化させる掃引手段と、この掃引
手段駆動信号とこれに対応する第１のメモリ回路
出力および第２のメモリ回路出力に基づいて被測
定レーザ光の周波数を演算する周波数演算回路と
を備え、周波数演算回路において掃引手段の非線
形性を多次の多項式で近似して演算するように構
