DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing a wood laminate having a grain that closely resembles a natural veneer, a natural square lumber, or a natural log, obtained from natural cedar wood, for example. Here, wood laminated materials are, for example, laminated veneers obtained by laminating and integrating wood veneers to create a fritsch, and slicing this, or artificially made wood by cutting square timbers, logs, etc. from the fritchi. It means recycled wood.

For example, the grain of natural veneers, natural logs or natural squares obtained from cedar wood is characterized by thin lines of approximately the same thickness. Conventionally, in order to manufacture laminated timber with such wood grain, raw veneers obtained by slicing logs with a rotary lace, for example, are toned to the color of spring wood to obtain material veneers. Next, the surface of this material veneer is smoothed, a colored adhesive toned to the color of summer wood is applied thereon, and then dried and solidified to obtain a colored veneer with a colored adhesive layer. The colored veneers were stacked together with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween, and then pressed together to form a frit, which was then manufactured by sawing the frit.

However, with this method, if there are cracks in the material veneer during the production of colored veneers, the colored adhesive will penetrate into the cracks, and the resulting wood grain of the laminate will have branched, Summer wood was formed, and the wood grain was far from natural.

This invention was made with the aim of solving the above problems, and is made by forming a colored resin layer toned to the color of summer wood on the surface of a smooth sheet with mold releasability. The transfer sheet is applied to the surface of the adhesive layer of the spring wood-colored material veneer on which an insoluble adhesive layer (for transferring the colored resin layer) is formed on the colored resin layer of the transfer sheet. The colored resin layer is transferred onto the surface of the adhesive layer of the raw material veneer by stacking the sides and applying pressure, and then peeling off the sheet to obtain a colored veneer, and then coloring the colored veneer. On at least one of the surface of the resin layer or the opposite surface,
The present invention provides a method for producing a wood laminated material, characterized in that the colored resin layer forms an insoluble adhesive layer, and then a plurality of these layers are stacked and integrated under pressure to obtain a frit, and then the wood is sawn. .

First, a smooth sheet having mold releasability, such as a polyethylene sheet, a polypropylene sheet, a polyester sheet, or another paper treated with silicone resin to impart mold releasability, is used. The reason why the sheet was required to be smooth is that on an uneven surface, it is impossible to obtain the thin linear summerwood portions of almost the same thickness, which is a characteristic of wood grains such as cedar.
This is because a thin colored resin layer with a constant thickness is formed only when the sheet has a smooth surface, and this colored resin layer provides a thin linear summer material portion.

As described above, the colored resin layer is toned to a summer material color, and this is formed into a sheet to constitute a transfer sheet. The colored resin layer contains, for example, various pigments and a vehicle such as cellulose nitrate.
It is manufactured by mixing a resin such as cellulose acetate, vinyl acetate, urethane resin, or epoxy resin to prepare a colored resin liquid, applying this to the sheet surface, and drying and solidifying it.

Next, a raw veneer obtained by slicing raw wood using a rotary lace, or a wood veneer that has been degreased, bleached, and dyed to match the color of spring wood, is prepared as the material veneer. Then apply adhesive to it. This adhesive is insoluble in the colored resin layer formed on the transfer sheet. As this adhesive, for example, a combination of resins that do not dissolve with the colored resin layer is selected from uncured epoxy resin, urethane resin, vinyl acetate resin-urea resin, melamine resin-urea resin, etc. do. The adhesive is colored, for example, in the color of spring wood, or preferably in the color of a light-colored area between the summer wood and spring wood of cedar wood.

The colored resin layer of the transfer sheet is superimposed on the adhesive surface applied to the material veneer as described above, and is adhered by applying pressure with a mold. Next, the transfer sheet is peeled off to obtain a colored veneer in which the colored resin layer is transferred to the surface of the adhesive layer.

A plurality of colored veneers obtained as described above are laminated and integrated to manufacture a fritsch. In this case, an adhesive is applied in advance to at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of each colored veneer, that is, the surface of the transferred colored resin layer or the opposite colored veneer surface. This adhesive also needs to be insoluble in the colored resin layer. The adhesive for adhering to this colored veneer is selected from uncured epoxy resin, urethane resin, vinyl acetate resin-urea resin, melamine resin-urea resin, etc., and is dissolved in the colored resin layer as described above. Select and use combinations of resins that do not match each other.

Next, a plurality of colored veneers coated with adhesive are stacked and pressed using a flat or chevron-shaped mold to integrate the laminated sheets to obtain a frit as shown in FIG. 2A. As shown in FIG. 2B, which shows an enlarged view of the main part A in FIG. On top of that, a colored resin layer 2 to express the summer wood part is transferred and adhered, and an adhesive layer 4 for bonding the material veneer is layered one after another on top of it, making the whole laminated and integrated. It makes up Fritsch.

Next, a colored resin of a material veneer was transferred from a transfer sheet with a hydraulic urethane resin adhesive that was toned in a color corresponding to the light colored part along thin lines of the same thickness that made up the summer wood part of the natural cedar. On top of the layer, in terms of solid content
The coating was applied at a rate of 100 g/m 2 , and 100 sheets were stacked and pressed using a mountain-shaped mold (10 Kg/cm 2 , 2 hours) to form a laminated body to obtain a frit. Next, this was sliced horizontally to obtain a laminated veneer with a grain pattern as shown in Figure 1. Summer wood part 2 that makes up the grain of this laminated veneer
is expressed by a single delicate line of almost the same thickness,
No branch lines due to cracks in the green veneer were observed, and furthermore, the light-colored area 1 that was along the line of this summer wood area 2 and formed between it and the spring wood color 3 was expressed by the adhesive layer. As a result, a decorative veneer that closely resembles natural cedar was obtained.

Example 2 A polyester film with a thickness of 60 μm was used as the sheet in Example 1, and the moisture content of the material veneer toned to the spring wood color was 10 to 15% by weight. The adhesive layer formed was made of a vinyl acetate resin emulsion-urea resin adhesive with a mixing weight ratio of 1:1 in terms of solid content, and 30% by weight of wheat flour in terms of solid content. The adhesive was applied to the material veneer at a rate of 140 g/m 2 in terms of solid content, and the manufacturing conditions for the fritsch were that the pressure was 10 Kg/cm 2 and the pressurization time was 4 hours. A laminated veneer was obtained under the same conditions as in Example 1 except for this point. Similar to Example 1, this product closely resembled the grain of natural cedar veneer.
