The California-type sash cover has a seam allowance of the sash cover material and the seam allowance of the insole material that are sewn together in a state of palms and protrudes outward. I'll call it a sewn coat.

This sewn lining with an insole is put on the male last, and the insole material and lace material are stretched out and wrinkled, and then the side mold and bottom mold are made. The shoe sole is attached to a female mold that is divided into two parts, with a space corresponding to the sole, and molten resin is injected into the female mold from any appropriate position of the female mold, injection molding is performed, and a sewn shoe cover with an insole is made. Shoes are manufactured by integrally molding the sole and resin.

The sewing needle hole in the insole material is inserted into the sewn insole (hereinafter sometimes referred to simply as the insole material) and the foot is stretched out. The needle expands, creating a gap between the needle and the sewing thread, and the injection pressure causes the injected molten resin to ooze out through the needle hole gap to the inner surface of the shoe, that is, the inside of the shoe, causing a point. It becomes attached to the sewn boundary between the lining material and the insole material.

In this case, if the color of the inside of the insole material and the back of the shoe material is different from the color of the sole, that is, the color of the molding resin, the spots caused by the exuded resin will become noticeable spots on the inside of the shoe, and the shoe will not be sold. diminish value;

Conventionally, as a means to eliminate such drawbacks,
There is a method of sealing each needle hole gap one by one using a glue such as latex or polyvinyl chloride paste, and then injection molding, but this method is extremely time-consuming and requires sealing. Even if a device was developed to perform this, high costs were unavoidable.

As one of the other solution methods, Japanese Patent Publication No. 10497/1989 filed by the present applicant discloses laminating a polyurethane foam sheet or a felt sheet under the midsole material and/or inside the cover material. A method of sewing is disclosed.

According to this method, the foam or felt digs into the gap in the sewing needle hole of the insole material that is not covered by the sewing thread, and closes the needle hole gap, thereby preventing the injected resin from seeping out in spots on the inside of the shoe.

However, in this method, when the last is put on the shoe cover, the foam sheet or felt sheet that is laminated and sewn integrally with the insole material and/or the shoe cover is pulled together. A space is created in the laminated sewing sheet itself that is not filled with the sewing thread in the needle hole.
For this reason, although the number of such occurrences gradually decreased, spot-like oozing of the molten resin into the interior of the shoe was not completely prevented, and some oozing occurred, albeit slightly.

In other words, the present invention is a california jacket made by sewing the seam allowance of the cover material and the seam allowance of the insole material in a state of joining hands.
In this type of sewn jacket with an insole, a thin strip made of a cushioning material is laminated and sewn to the peripheral sewing part where the insole material and the insole material are sewn to cover the sewing needle hole. The present invention relates to a sewn cover with a midsole for injection molded shoes.

以下、本考案を具体的に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below.

In the present invention, the term "strip-like material" refers to a material having a width sufficient to cover a series of sewing needle holes in the peripheral sewn portion of the insole material, such as a tape-like material, a thread-like material, a string-like material, etc. Yes, and to that extent, thick yarn-like strings also fall into this category. Also, it is naturally undesirable to have a width that is so wide that it protrudes outside the periphery of the lining material and the insole material.

Cushioning materials include, but are not particularly limited to, sheets of elastic foam such as soft urethane foam, felt sheets, and wool. Foam sheets with low strength include synthetic fiber cloth such as nylon tricot. A laminate with strength is preferable. During the injection molding of resin for shoe soles, cushioning materials made of thermoplastic polymers are compressed by the injection pressure of the resin, and in some cases are contracted by the heat of the resin, making it easier to insert the sewing thread into the needle. It is preferable because it covers and fills firmly.

When sewing a thin whole body, it would be convenient and normal to perform lamination sewing on the entire periphery of the peripheral sewing part where the lace cover material and the insole material are sewn. For example, it may be possible to omit portions where the occurrence of spots inside the shoe is not a problem, such as the periphery of the toe, and such cases are of course included in the present invention.

The strip-shaped body may be laminated and sewn to the peripheral sewing part of the outer surface of the insole material as shown in FIG.
As shown in Fig. 3, it may be laminated and sewn to the peripheral sewn part of the outer surface of the shank material, or it may be laminated to the periphery sewn part sandwiched between the shank material and the insole material as shown in Fig. 4. It may be sewn or, furthermore, it may be sewn in a combination of the above two or three as shown in FIGS. 5 to 8.

Even if the foot shape is placed inside the sewn jacket with an insole of the present invention and the insole material or the insole material is expanded, the thin strip-like body made of the cushioning material that is sewn integrally and laminated will not be able to penetrate from both sides. Since there is no tension, there will be no voids that are not filled with sewing thread in the hole through which the sewing needle passes. Therefore, spot-like seepage of the injected resin into the inside of the shoe, that is, into the inside of the shoe, is completely prevented. In addition, there is an economical advantage in that the amount of laminated strips to be sewn is small, which is very advantageous in terms of cost.

In addition, when sewing the shank cover material and the insole material with a sewing machine in a state where their palms are joined together, sewing the thin strip-like body integrally along the peripheral sewing part of the shank cover material and the insole material has been conventionally used in the sewing of other items. Since it is a sewing machine sewing technique that has been used for many years, there are no problems with the sewing technique.

The sewn cover with an insole for injection molded shoes of the present invention is extremely efficient without any difficulties in sewing technology, and also completely prevents the injection molded resin from seeping into the shoe interior in spots, making it a perfect choice for shoes. Even in the case of shoes in which the color of the sole resin is different from that of the insole or the back of the shoe, there is no aesthetic problem, and the material used can be a narrow strip along the peripheral seam, which is advantageous in terms of cost. It is.
