Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 容体の上方へ蓋体を設け、該容体へ内設させた
    洗浄槽へ超音波振動を加えて、該洗浄槽内の洗浄
    水へ浸漬させた被洗浄物を洗浄する超音波洗浄装
    置において、 前記洗浄槽へ超音波発生装置を設けて超音波振
    動を与えると共に、前記容体内へ除湿装置を設け
    た空気取入部を付設し、該空気取入部へポンプ装
    置、オゾン発生装置の夫々を直列させて介設した
    通気管を前記洗浄槽の壁面へ貫通させて配設し、
    該通気管の前記洗浄槽内に突出した先端へ散気板
    を設け、前記オゾン発生装置で発生させたオゾン
    と空気とを前記洗浄水へ混流させることを特徴と
    する超音波殺菌洗浄装置。
