Claims (1)
- 被殺菌物体を収納した密閉箱を２槽設け、各々
の密閉箱の上部をガス配管、下部をポンプを介し
て水配管で連結させ、該密閉箱の一方には清水を
、また他の一方の密閉箱にはオゾンガスを満たし
、オゾンガスと水の置換により交互に殺菌を行う
ことを特徴としたオゾン殺菌装置。
